unfortunately I asked them to paint my bathroom and the job was very poor, with big patches not painted, paint not cut-in to ceiling or around mirror. I sent a message with photos and received an apology and an option of a full refund or they would come out to complete the job. I asked for them to complete the job and an appointment was made. after clearing the room again, no one turned up, no message or phone call. I again sent a message and asked for a refund and gave them 48 hrs to refund my account. 96 hours later still no refund and no message. I will not be using these people for the other rooms in my house. And of course I would not recommend them
