Don’t trust this company

Don’t trust this company - my phone was stolen & it turned up here - but never returned to me - obviously now wiped & will be used for spare parts. The police have been informed, so hopefully they will investigate.

The logistics are idiots

I'm currently facing a situation in which they are accusing me of writing the wrong shipping address during the order. I know I wrote the right address because I took my time during the order as everything needs to be included in the address. Sure enough shortly later they sent me an invoice with the correct address. Now that the package was supposed to be here they're claiming I wrote it wrong and the shipping company (GLS) have another totally different address. They have blamed me for this mistake. Im shocked at the stupidity of the logistics. They say that if their packages are late they would refund the shipping costs. They said no. They said they'll send the phone on Monday.

My order is Ordine n. 4465 / 2025

Update: Another thing I notice is that they substituted the battery for a non-original at 100%. I asked/ordered they keep the old original apple battery but they substituted it anyways. The phone sent a warning, as soon as I turned it on, that the battery has been tampered with. I tried to call their customer service line but it doesn't work. So I went to the Apple Store and they gave me the necessary information.

They give you an estimate then they…

They give you an estimate then they lower the price as much as they can, finding faults and defects that were not there. Do not recommend.

Impeccable service

Impeccable service. They run a delay for delivery because of high demand but they manage to grant the delivery and adding an extra gift for the extra days we awaited. Great Customer Service and Assistance. Really recommended..!!

Great customer service in the Luini store Milan

Just bought an Iphone XS in the store via luini. The staff was great. They offered me loads of alternatives. They were not pushy. In the end i didnt go for the most expensive one but the option best for me. They transferred my data (it takes ages!). Really happy with my purchase, better to go to a store than buying online.
