Great and reliable service over the years
I’ve been using trade raid and their services for 4 years now, saving me tons of time and money. Their trade service is simply genius when I need some quick gold I just swap my Steam items, even during a raid! And then hours later the gold is in my mailbox. Their customer service is a little slow but always reliable and the team behind are genuine and helpful. Can only recommend these guys

I have used their service 5 times now. Some times it comes in 24 hours other time took 4 days but I always got the gold! Highly recommend service. I have done gold from different versions of wow each time.

TLDR; The user has never used our services and/or received gold from us, and we do not understand how he claims got banned.
We've looked into your inquiry and order number, and we can confirm we never received your in-game gold deposit from you.
This means you only initiated a trade (Exchange Service) at the website, but did not finalise it in-game, so you have never received any gold from us at any point of time. There is thus no way your account has been banned from using our services.
Please know that we take the safety of our in-game operations and our users' in-game characters seriously, and we believe baseless claims of using our services have banned your account is not acceptable.

Tbh it was relatively fast for still being in BETA I just didn't get any notification or anything after I sent my retail gold to the person the website told me to send it to so i honestly thought I got scammed then I log in the next day and i have the gold on my classic character. Don't have any complaints really besides not receiving any notifications.
