Trackers give piece of mind for my dogs, the newer Trackers just purchased have a much better battery life especially when pared with Home WiFi battery save feature. Down sides we have had previous ones fail or battery life to reduce and due to being mid contract had to purchase new. Also auto renewal subscription can be taken via Direct Debit with no notice. Longer subscriptions are cheaper but not always obvious on website.

Fast response to emails very helpful trying to resolve the issue I was having.
Was truly concerned about the issue I was having and offered several remedies to to try and fix the problem overall it was a great experience and customer service was great thank all of you I would highly recommend the tractive gps tracker

What a nightmare of customer service, I've been on a plan for two years at a cost of £120, unfortunately I can't afford the full payment and wanted to go on the monthly plan,it gives you the option to do so but when you proceed it trys to take the full amount ! I've messaged Customer service and they have given me a link to go to but on the monthly payment it's asking for £13.56 a month, that's seems a lot seen I was only paying £60 a year, there's no one to talk to on the phone , just a stupid box to leave a message in very frustrating has a loyal customer terrible Customer Services from Tractive

Product and app are great, customer service is terrible.
I have 3 trackers. One of them only lasts 1-2 days, even though it's on our 16-year old cat which leaves our garden for only half an hour each day, the rest of the time he's in the Power Saving Zone. Even so, the battery drains super quickly, whereas one of the other trackers is on our "roaming cat" who goes on long walks each night, yet his tracker lasts 4-5 days. Upon requesting a substitute of the malfunctioning tracker, Lyka from customer service told me to interchange the trackers for a few days. We did, only that when I replied that the task was completed, the email thread was closed and it was no longer possible to respond to it - we were asked to reach out to customer service again from scratch. I believe they operate this way on purpose, to frustrate people into giving up and not having to replace malfunctioning trackers. Before purchasing - be mindful of this.

Extremely positive experience with Tractive! I would especially like to commend their customer support, which is really helpful, fast and professional. They are always understanding of the user and are ready to help and find the best solution.
It is rare to find such a level of support and kindness today. Besides the fact that their product is excellent and very useful, what makes Tractive stand out is their attitude towards customers. You can feel that they really care about customer satisfaction, not just about selling products.

Product is super - the customer care and support is the worst I have ever come across - been 2 days trying to sort an issue and still not been resolved. They have happily take my money though

Only a couple of weeks in. The first time we left the home/safe zone it didn’t automatically move to the Live status as it should’ve done. I’ll need to keep an eye on that. However, once i manually told it to move to the Live status, it has tracked quickly and accurately.
Battery on Live status lasts around 5 days. We haven’t been at home long enough to give an accurate review on how it lasts when predominantly in our home zone.
Having a tracker is a peace of mind thing for us. We hope we will never need it and pray it works should we ever need it.

App is great, has all the features you will ever need. The tracker itself is durable hovewer I had one of the handles broken and they’ve changed it super quick and free of charge. If you have a greyhoud/sighthound and using a wider collar you might want to get the wider clip to fit comfortably.

Tractive is excellent - we use for our cats and dog. Peace of mind, excellent coverage and connectivity (we have previously used other brands and this one is far superior). Great customer service too, really responsive if you have any questions or need help.

I was only really interested in knowing where my dogs were but in the end I find it fascinating all the health updates knowing that they’re sleeping well enjoying playing not scratching too much. It’s all really informative. I’ve got a lot more peace of mind thanks to these devices and particularly Tractive. Allow notifications and informed in plenty of time when the batteries running low or if anything is slightly untoward for example one of my dogs were scratching more than expected and I realised they’ve lost their flea collar but only after I was notified. It really is the way forward.

Works good. Very good battery.

Tractive has been a life saver when locating my dog. He’s a runner/escape artist and with the device I can see his location, play the beep and he comes right back to the safe zone. I’ve had peace of mind ever since. Service can be spotty at times due to tree coverage and the mountains but it’s been accurate enough, to keep him safe. I highly recommend. Thank you Tractive!
