I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM ONE STAR - THIS IS A SCAM AND I HAVE BEEN MIS-SOLD - I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS PRODUCT AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT WHEN TRYING TO CANCEL

I’m almost one month in using this product & have not gotten any cleansing effect at all. It makes my stomach gurgle, but that’s it. I wouldn’t buy it again. Also, it took forever to arrive & it was untrackable.

I've had an excellent experience with this company so far, surprisingly more than I expected. Everything seems great. I will Update later on how further transactions go and the performance of the product

This is a scam they take your money and do not deliver and ignore all emails!!! Avoid avoid avoid at all costs

Very good product and easy to swallow. I add 2 ml to water as I prefer to drink it with water. I like that my bowel movements have improved and can move twice a day instead of once a day. My energy levels and focus are better too. Thank you Bio Cleanse! Your product is always in my bag when I go to work :)

First of all … there is no customer service phone number; there is no listed address; reviews are very difficult to find; the website hosting data is blocked; he does everything including giving you a return address in China to discourage a refund ! This is a SCAM

I made a one time purchase. Never made an account. Once this company trybiocleanse.com under the umbrella BIOVIA, has your card, they will charge and send monthly. It has been 4 months now. The number on my package was no longer in service. E-mail is the only contact and you will be ignored. I had to call my bank to cancel them and dispute charges, which they will change to get money to go through.
COMPLETE SCAM! these people should be flogged.

Still waiting for them to send me my refund, wish I read the trust pilot reviews first. I was so excited to get this product, someone contacted me immediately to make sure they had correct shipping instructions, he was super helpful and a credit to the company, however he may be the only one. I asked a question he referred me to the CS team for and oh my gosh, I wasn't expecting the response. They insinuated that I was scamming them by ordering at the discounted price and then cancelling the subscription. I absolutely had not cancelled but as I am a slim build I wanted to make sure I didn't lose too much weight and wanted to treat it as a maintenance program after the first bottle. The man I spoke to though this was a great idea because you dont want to stockpile on something that either doesn't agree with you or that you dont need much of. I changed my subscription to ship every 60 days instead of 30. The response was disgusting, and they didn't answer my request either which was that the bottle came with an offer of a free bottle of gut protection and yet on my order it wasn't there, that was all I was trying to arrange. They told me that I now needed to pay the full price because of what I was trying to do and that that was against company policy. Obviously I went back to them, copied in some of the back and forth I had with the nice person and told them that the response was in such a bad taste that I would just prefer a refund. They sent an email apologising, and insulted my intelligence by saying that it was a generic email and not personal (unbelievable) but still didn't resolve the issue, they dropped a link for me to manage the subscription or cancel it, and that was their offering of making it easy for me. No trying to retain me as a customer, no sorting out my initial enquiry, just "off you go then" Their customer service is appalling and I implore you to find another alternative because this is not the one. If you like being treated like shit, then go for it. Im not finished with these people yet, if that refund doesn't come through soon, it's on.

This is a scam pure and simple. They shipped six bottles of gut cleanse I never wanted. I was just looking and reading and before I knew it, they had signed me up for six bottles and a subscription!!! They post a 30 day money back guarantee but they might send an automated response that they will get back to you but they never do. I had to report this as fraud to my bank and cancel my credit card which is a total hassle. Save yourself don’t click anything on the site. It’s a scam.

Saw no changes, feels scammy and was incredibly difficult to stop payment.
