Efficiency ordering process. Macho green lip mussel powder is easy to measure and apply to food. My French Bulldog, Beauregard, seems to enjoy his food more with the “powder on top”. Beauregard is 6, he has great energy and seems physically strong. Using the green lip mussel food additive is a preventative to help keep his spine healthy - so far so good.
She doesn't even notice it in her food but her heart is getting support every single day
I got the Macho's Cardia Shield Powder. I have a 10 lb chihuahua with a heart murmur. I thought I was ordering only 3. For unknown reasons I got 6 but as you well know sometimes ordering on line you get the extra for a "special" price. I usually don't fall for that gimmick but I was on my phone doing the order. So that is on me. Well, my dog will not eat the food with this additive. I fully understand it smells awful.
I contact them to at least return the 3 additional that I never wanted. Their reply " As a food product, we’re unable to accept physical returns because once an item has been delivered by the courier, we can’t guarantee its freshness or safety. This also means we aren’t able to take the bottles back and pass them on to someone else, so please keep whatever you have on hand, they’re yours to keep." So generous they are mine to keep! Gee I have had this product 1 week. cannot guarantee the freshness? I have a chihuahua it is going to take years to get through 6 jars of this!
They closed with this "That said, I completely understand if you’ve decided the product simply isn’t right for your dog. I’ve also gone ahead and cancelled your subscription, so there will be no further recurring orders or charges on your account". No where did I see that I was signing up for recuring item.
I replied and called it BS this was a scam. Their reply: I hear you, and I want to reassure you, we are a legitimate company, this isn't a scam.
I'd like to offer you a 30% refund on the order, straight back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 days.
Looks like I get $52 back.
We will see...
If you have a cavalier and aren't thinking about their heart yet... you should be
Tucker (yorkie 9) used to yelp jumping down from the couch. Got him a ramp AND started this. Between both changes the yelping stopped completely. He's a much happier little dude now
First vet told us our mastiff Tank (7) would need joint surgery and that supplements are basically useless. Switched vets. New one said green lipped mussel actually has research behind it and to give it a shot. 8 weeks later Tank is walking without the constant limp. SO glad we got that second opinion
I figured out a way to get my dog to eat the powder. He is used to me handfeeding him and ignored the food bowl with Paw Parent sprinkled on top. I started dipping his treats in the powder and hand fed them to him. As usual, he smells it first and gobbles it down.

I ordered the hip and joint powder in July. It is now September and I still have not received the product. I have talked to Wesley via email multiple times and I still don’t have my product. I have asked for a refund twice still don’t have my money back. I am very, very disappointed with this company and I would not recommend you ordering their product.

Basset hound arthritis in both front elbows. After about 6 weeks the limp reduced a LOT. Puts weight more evenly on both legs now. Vet commented on the improvement at last visit which was validating

Dachshund used to walk all hunched over. Vet said it was her discs causing it. About 5 weeks in she walks with a much more natural posture now. Like you can physically see the difference in how she carries herself

No progression on the echo. In heart disease thats a WIN. I will take it 🎉

Definitely seeing less stiffness and easier getting up and down, jumping on the couch and bed. And she likes to eat it

I just started my dogs on the product so I can’t tell if it’s working or not; but at least they’re not rejecting it in their foods. I got the one for heart because my dogs were hacking from time to time, so I hope this product will help them. I wasn’t aware of the auto -ship when I first ordered, until I got charged for a new shipment so soon afterwards. That would be my only concern, to make it clearer about the auto-ships. Other than that, I’m happy with the product and quick response from customer service.

I just received a 10 month supply from Paw Parent. I have a dachshund and they are genetically prone to spine and joint issues. I decided to try this. However...the print is so minute there is no way to read it. I see nothing that says it has green lipped mussel or any other helpful ingredient. Also, the containers are only half full or less! The scan code on the jar is tiny and when I finally got it to open the message was: "This Connection is NOT private. This website may be impersonating "thepawrent.com" to steal your personal or financial information. You should close ths page." Now what should I do????

I wanted to try this as for my dachshund. I ordered one jar in July to see if she could tolerate it and if it helped. The first jar came in a timely manner. Before I could even try the product another jar came within a few days of receiving the first jar. I reached out to “Wesley” at the Paw Parent via email. I told him I received 2 jars and was charged for those jars within a few days of each other. I stated I only ordered one jar and did not want it on subscription. He apologized and stated he would refund for the second jar and cancel the subscription. The second jar was refunded. Great! Thank you for the amazing customer service I thought. August rolls around and guess what? I receive and am charged for 2 more jars. Again I reach out to “Wesley” via email thinking it was an oversight and he would surely take care of the problem. NOPE! He stated he understood my frustration because I had already asked to cancel any “subscription” and I was not interested in any more of the product but again I was charged and sent not 1 but 2 more jars. He admitted they were sent without my permission and that I had cancelled future orders but he could only give me a 20-30% refund because the the product could not be returned. I questioned how he was able to refund the second jar but not the third and forth….no answer! We exchanged numerous emails. I continued to voice my frustration and he continued to acknowledge it and the fact I didn’t order not order the last 2 jars (really 3). The best offer he stated he could make was a 50% refund and the subscription was for sure cancelled (he told me it was cancelled after the second jar arrived) He believed that 50% was fair because the company was going to lose that money for those 2 jars! Excuse me?? I didn’t order them! How is that fair? Be careful ordering! If you order one jar, you will end up multiple jars and multiple charges for them even after cancelling future orders. One of my worst experiences with customer service EVER!

My Lola is 15 and has survived melanoma and arthritis. I tried Macho’s secret powder and it really helps her have more energy and alertness! I’ll be continuing to add this product to her food! Thanks!

She had a cardiac episode last year that scared our whole family. On medication now. Added this for extra support and 2 months in she's doing great, active happy eating good. I think the combination is working 🤞
