DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS SITE!

I ordered a pair of sneaks December 6th. Delivery time would be 5-14 days which means they should be there before Christmas.

Today, December 25th, they still have not arrived and they do not have a phone number to call and their contact formular does not work. So it is not possible to get in contact with them in anyway. I have tried everyday since December 20th. So this is not just because of a failure on the webpage etc.
I will warn all people against buying on this webpage and will do my utmost to make sure to tell everyone I know so this do not happen to anyone else.

Always put in for a shoe and don't win....

It is really unfortunate how something can appear so potentially awesome and simple, then turn into such a regret. Placed order on 10/29. Received Order confirmation to my junk mail found the next day. followed Tracking Link which states order is processing. Now a week later Tracking is still saying Order is Processing. I have attempted 2 times to contact customer support through the customer support link and no reply I have attempted to send independent email through the specified Support Email address, no reply. Have not received "Hoka" shoes or notice of delays. Fingers Crossed

I haven’t got my tracking number yet and it’s been over two weeks. They stop answering the mail sent to the support as soon as they notice that the shoes are going to get late or whatever. Don’t order from here unless you want to wait at least a month for your shoes.

They've spent over a month on my order - with the order getting lost TWICE. And they don't have the courtesy to inform us, we have to contact them to find out. The order still hasn't arrived and we don't hear anything. They don't reply e-mails. Terrible service.

I ordered a pair of Adidas Campus 00s, and they sent me Adidas Campus 00s Junior that costs mutch less in the store.
The differences are also visible in the length and size of the laces and in the white insole, instead of beige.
I feel scammed.
I'm writing complain every day, but they never answered.
On theyr website it's also written "free delivery", and instead they added a cost of 35 dkk to the payment. Why?

My order never even shipped, its over 30 days and nothing from them. I attempted to contact their customer service email 6 times and they have failed to respond. I've emailed my cancellation request, I just hope that gets their attention..

It's absolutely criminal that this company is only adding to inflated prices on these shoes. Purchasing them in bulk and raising the price from the RRP of $75-80 upwards to nearly $335!
