1+1 offer/ extra insurance/ no delivery
bought a 1+1 offer, but the promised reduction was not applied correctly. On top of that, an extra insurance cost was added to the order, and there was no option to remove it.
The package was also not sent within the stated 1–2 business days. Given that this was a large purchase, I am now seriously questioning whether the order will be sent at all.
Customer service has been below expectations. The replies I received were blunt, inadequate, and did not properly address my concerns. There is also no apparent way to contact the company through social media, and comments on their social media posts appear to be deleted by their team.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the experience and do not recommend this company. Not happy at all.

it feels very comfortable, it's a bit (to) thin to be honest but okay, the first touch feels indeed cold but it does take over your body temperature rather quickly, so it doesn't cool you down.
It only gives you in the first instance that colder feeling which can help with falling asleep but you will sweat anyway with these heatwaves, with that this bancket doesn't help.

The website shows many mistakes in transport costs and reductions on prices. Errors are jot taken care of. However I did email many times with customer care, the response is poor and inadequate. No refund is made for the paid shipping costs which were not due according to the website. Also the free set is not received by me so the 1+1 is just a farce. I absolutely do not recommend this company. The website makes mistakes with the calculations of costs, adds unquestioned standard extra costs for “insurance” of the shipment and does not support the 1+1 deals adequate. If there is something wrong with the shipment don’t count on an adequate response or money back with this poor customer care policy.

I was excited to receive the blankets
I was excited to receive the blankets, but it’s now been a week. All I’ve received are generic replies and a DHL tracking number that has never been scanned.
Every time I ask for an update, I get the same response: “DHL didn’t scan the parcel.” It’s been a week, and you still haven’t done anything to resolve the issue. Just keep the customer waiting with no end.
I paid extra for faster delivery, but now I’m left wondering if I’ll receive my order in one week, two weeks, three weeks… or not until autumn.
Is it product even ship from NL?

In 2024 in bought an happy bed duvet…
In 2024 in bought an happy bed duvet and it was thick and nice so i had to buy again in 2026. Bought two of it and sadly i was disppointed. The thickness reduced and the quality is poor compared to the one of 2024. It is best to return the quality back to what it was and increase the price. Poor quality.
