I was genuinely excited to try this service because it was presented as a way to get a free website. Throughout my initial conversations, the communication consistently suggested that the website itself was free. Even when I specifically asked whether it was really free, there was no mention of any required hosting subscription or annual payment.

Only after several conversations and being directed to an external link did I discover that I would actually need to purchase a hosting plan.

To be clear, I don’t have a problem paying for hosting. Every professional website needs hosting, and that’s completely understandable. My issue is the lack of transparency.

If a paid hosting subscription is mandatory, this should be communicated from the very beginning instead of only becoming apparent later in the process. Setting the expectation of “free” without clearly explaining the unavoidable costs creates a disappointing customer experience and leaves potential customers feeling misled.

A little more honesty and transparency upfront would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can’t recommend this service.

Communication was great. I was kept updated and in the loop the entire way. Any questions I had were answered swiftly and with details. The site is delivered with pre-placed containers with data. I was provided videos to learn how to tweak the site to my liking. They delivered what they said. Sven was my main contact.

These guys do an excellent job—thorough communication and quality work. Definitely a pleasure to work with and highly recommend them for website services.

Sven and his team were great. They were very communicative throughout the whole process, and were very accommodating to tweaks I needed making to my site. I have to admit that I was sceptical about a service like this being free to begin with, but they eased my mind very quickly, and I'm very happy with the finished product.

They've done everything they said they would and free and the process has been just as advertised. There are additional things you can buy like more time for them to work on your website and it is extremely reasonably priced. I'm not a website person so I bought the additional time for the extra help and its coming in handy. They give you a bunch of helpful videos for each step of the process which makes it easy to move from step to step.

As a busy professional and fledgling independent consultant, I was fortunate to get connected with Sven and his team so they could help with my personal website development. The communication and support media arrived swiftly and was helpful, and the finished product is a great starting point. If you're looking for professional web development support at a low cost (you have to pay for the domain and webpage themes), I would recommend checking out this service.

They created a keynote speaker website for me and held my hand through the entire process. They did the heavy leg work of design and format, basically all I had to do was add additional things like text and pictures after they were done. It was so easy and the price was right (free) the customer service and communication was as if I had paid top dollar to have my website designed. I'm so happy with my site and with their services.
