Regain the use of your feet

After having Gillian barre syndrome twenty years ago my feet have been very stiff and toes curled. After the first week using the app they have straightened I feel I have grown a shoe size. My balance is better and I have more stability on uneven surfaces.

Life changing experience

Life changing experience. One of the best things I’ve done for my overall health.
I initially did the Foot Restoration Program and whilst I was slightly skeptical when I began, just a few weeks in I could see the immense benefits to my overall health wellbeing and balance, not just in my feet, but also knees, hips and back. I have slowly used the program to transition to barefoot shoes and I’ve never felt better. Part way through the Foot Restoration program I purchased the SoleMate Kit because I was so excited with the newfound balance and movement that I wanted to explore that also. I would like to note here that there was no “sales pitch” to buy anything else, no prompting or emails or offers, just a genuine product that I chose to purchase based on the results from the 12 week program.
I’ve completed the 12 week restoration program now and have regained health, balance and mobility that I didn’t know was possible. I’m now enjoying the Sole Mate kit and training program, and my agility is slowly increasing with this. Balance is fun, and I’m so grateful that I began this journey to focus on foot health which has resulted in whole body wellbeing.
I no longer need supported footwear and orthotics. My toes feel like dancing every day. It’s been such an incredibly life changing journey. This is the gift I would buy for anyone whose feet/body needs extra support and strength. A program crafted from professionals in the fields with easy to follow programs, informative audio content, and simple equipment to bring it all together. Of all the things I’ve spent money on in the past years. this is truly one of the greatest investments in myself and overall health. I am so glad I overcame my initial doubt and moved forward with this program. My most sincere gratitude and appreciation to the team at the Foot Collective who have put all of this together and made it accessible. I don’t normally write reviews for things but this has been such an incredible product and experience that I felt it was important to express in case anyone else may feel slightly skeptical like I did in the beginning!
I should also add, customer service has been absolutely brilliant, supportive, helpful and helpful with super quick replies on the occasions I have reached out with a question.
If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Foot Collective!

Have been using the Solemate for 5 weeks

Have been using the Solemate for 5 weeks now. Have had an incredible increase in stability and strength. Am immediately addicted and decided to buy the lifetime subscription. I just can't imagine it not in my life now everyday. I practice 30 minutes a day while I cook my dinner. I have already returned to dancing and hiking after a 2 year break.

This is an absolute scam

This is an absolute scam. I purchased their solemate kit, and nothing arrived. They claimed my home doesn’t exist. Then they claimed that my home must be too new to show up for delivery people. I’ve lived here over a decade, and the house was built in 1990. That was the last I’ve heard from them. They refuse to give a refund.

Paul - the original delivery attempt failed because the address provided was incomplete. We offered two clear options: reship to a corrected address, or refund the order. A refund was processed, and the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank/card issuer.

We support respectful communication. After repeated abusive and threatening language toward our staff, we ended the relationship and will not be engaging further.

The Foot Collective

I contacted The Foot Collective to say that I was considering using their product for my foot problems but was wondering if it was appropriate. I received a most helpful and detailed response with useful links related to my actual problem. There was no pressure to buy their product, just helpful advice. It was most welcome and unusual. Based on this I would recommend the company.

Best Customer Service Ever!!

I have my kit for a few days now and it’s dawning on me how weak my feet are. The training experience has been humbling but positive because I feel empowered I’m making a necessary change for my foot health. I also want to comment on how AWESOME their customer service is. When I made my order initially, I didn’t double check my address in my hasty excitement. My shipment was sent to the wrong city!! Smh. I reached out to TFC and told them about my mistake. Not only was Liz from Customer Service so kind and understanding, but they re-shipped me my order without extra charge. I just couldn’t believe it. So kind of them and really that just made me a fan for life. What a great company - great concept and even better customer service. Thank you!

Non existent support

Easy to get to speak to someone pre-sales. Impossible post-sales (go figure). Noone got back to me despite saying 24 hour turnaround on messagebank. 2 weeks later - still nothing. Ordered this product for my partner with balance issues as a result of a traumatic brain injury. He did 2 x modules and then I found him swallowing Voltarin because his feet were so sore- this is why I was trying to contact them. Finally connected with someone in support via email. Told them the problem. Guess what - no response. So my experience with this company (apart from the big sell) was far from impressive. I would imagine this product is not supposed to cause foot pain where there wasn't any pain to begin with. 👎

Hi there Kathy, I think there may be an issue here. We've reached out to you a number of times via email but reading this now thinking there may be a problem where you haven't received our latest communications which were in February? We'll attempt to reach you again today via email. Just keep in mind, we don't offer customer service via phone and you had previously called our hub/movement studio and spoken to someone there.
Thanks for you understanding and looking forward to speaking with you soon.

The worst manipulative customer service ever! edit: surreal experience of flagging review to TP , private emails of trying to make take it down and at the end - even threat

UPDATED
What started as one of the sloppiest , most unprofessional customer service I ve ever experienced , MONTHS after spinned out into completely surreal experience of personal harassment.

Summed up:
1)  order made  on December 27 2025.
2)  9 days later, I hadn't heard from them at all.  I hadn't even received confirmation that the product had shipped. I had in mind their policy of " 2 days of processing " and also "3 to 7 delivery for North America".  Even though this was pretty urgent for my upcoming workshop, and even though Christmas time has already passed and so did Boxing Day so there was no more reason for a dely - I still  generously gave them 9 days before I even inquired about shipping (let alone delivery).
3) They responded, "It seems there are no tracking updates so tracking must be slow; we'll check and let you know," The link they provided me only then clearly showed to anyone who has spent a day in customer service of that kind,   that they made an electronic  lable at shipping company (online )   - but they never actually physically handed them any parcel! so the tracking wasn't "slow"; it was nonexistent simply because there was nothing to be tracked!
Instead of thanking me for helping them figure out their own mistake, apologizing for the delay it caused, and sending package  - they instead tried to blame the shipping company and make me wait  some more  until they figure out what to do
4) I complained about their informal and dismissive conduct toward a rightly frustrated customer and  I asked if they want me to wait further to at least me show me ANY proof they handed over an actual parcel because delivery company has no sign of it! If they did hand over the parcel - they must have proof of it . It was simply question of receipt EVERYONE gets after handed over the parcel (even if parcel later gets lost). They did not have any proof of such kind!
5)  Instead   Ms Tamarah Kay answered as the apparent head of customer service and experience. Obviously lacking expertise, instead of handeling their mistake as a professional  she  started  lecturing me on how I as a cutomer should take their behavior and simply wait. I again asked for proof of handing parcel in a first place! Never got it -  Instead Tamarah Kay , head of customer service and experince , in a hit and run manner   - refunded and BANNED  me from ordering ever again.
6) Appalled and shocked at who would go such a distance just to cover for a mistake , I then came here on Trust Pilot  and shared my experience.
7) months after, the company  tried to take down my comment on TrustPilot.  When the TP made  an investigation and, to their credit, decided to put it back because company  not liking the comment is not a good enough reason and would defeat the purpose of TP as platform,
8 ) the company founder then reacher out to me  via my email  asking me to "simply delete the comment”  obviously trying to influence an independent customer review simply  because  people mentioned in it  are "like family to him".
Basically justifying  the horrible customer service on the bases of the apparent  entitled nepotism while completely undermining and ignoring  my experience or right to share it. The audacity!  Mind you NONE of them at any point even offered basic apology -  yet they  did everything to take down the comment!

9) When I refused to take down the comment, the founder then stated that they have "proof that I did receive my package ".
So on June 29 2026 after 6 months and after not one but 2 emails  by the founder asking me to take down the comment with zero accountability or apology offered,  he now sent me "proof that they ve sent my parcel".  "The proof"  he had audacity to send is that they send it in February -  one full MONTH noy only of my order but full month AFTER I wrote my TP review!   Obviously the plan was to say "your review is not correct we actually sent it." YET AGAIN they shamelessly tried to cover for their mistake!

The fact is that this EXACTLY PROVES the whole point of my review - they forgot to send my parcel , when I inquired about it they pretended they did, tried to cover up, attacked me and when I wrote review ONE WHOLE MONTH AFTER they sent a parcel to my old address (  I moved since ), tried to take my review down via TP & then via direct private request.
The email ended with an open (legal) threat to me!

This is beyond simple incompetence . This is deeply outrageous!

I see I am not the only one who had problem with customer service but I wonder if they treat every negative review this way or is it because I mentioned a name of the person who in her official and public capacity mishandled my case? Do they harass everyone who shares negative experience or is this bizarre set of interventions (from flagging review, via emails to threat ) some special exhibition of double standard: entitlement/protectionism of "like family" team vs customer disrespect

Reply from The Foot Collective

We are responding publicly because this review contains serious allegations about our business, our conduct, and named members of our team.
We understand that delayed or unclear tracking information can be frustrating. Customers deserve clear communication, timely support, and a fair resolution pathway when something does not go to plan. This is what we always strive for. We understand the frustration caused by the delivery and tracking experience in this case.
However, we do not accept the allegations that our team lied, acted fraudulently, covered anything up, harassed this customer, or deliberately failed to send an order. Those claims are not supported by the records. They are simply untrue.
The issue in this case was that the carrier tracking information was not updating as expected. When the customer contacted us, our team reviewed the tracking, acknowledged the lack of visible updates, and began the appropriate process of investigating the shipment with the carrier.
Once an order is in the carrier process, some parts of the delivery journey are outside our direct control. We cannot force a carrier tracking system to update, and we cannot confirm carrier scans before the carrier provides them. What we can do is investigate promptly, communicate what we know, be transparent about what is unclear, and offer a fair resolution pathway. That is what our team did.
The customer was swiftly advised that the parcel appeared to be delayed or potentially lost and we were investigating with the carrier. They were also advised of the next steps: if the parcel was located and continued in transit, we would provide an update; if it was confirmed lost, we would provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund.
That is not a cover-up. That is normal support process for a delayed or non-updating shipment.
Unfortunately, despite our efforts to explain the situation and resolve the matter, the communication escalated into personal attacks and serious accusations against individual members of our team. We understand frustration. We do not accept harassment, personal attacks, or allegations of fraud and dishonesty while our team is trying to help.
After attempting to assist and explain the process, we issued a full refund and ended the customer relationship. This was not done to avoid responsibility. It was done because the interaction had moved beyond a productive support exchange, and our team members are entitled to be treated with basic respect while doing their jobs.
The central factual claim in this review is that the order was never sent and that the carrier never received the parcel. That is inconsistent with the carrier record, which ultimately showed the parcel moving through the carrier network and being marked as delivered.
We provided all of this the relevant documentation to the customer.
We respect every customer’s right to leave honest feedback, including criticism. But there is a clear difference between sharing a negative experience and making serious public allegations that are contradicted by the truth. We attempted to reason with the good nature of this customer through every means necessary to protect our team.
To anyone reading this, have faith there are real humans on the other end of our emails who work hard to support customers fairly and transparently. When something goes wrong, we investigate it and try to resolve it. That is what happened here.
We stand by the support our team provided, and we will continue to defend them and challenge false or misleading claims where the evidence does not support them.

Great service all round

Despatch of goods was quick - that’s always important . The online tutorials, on how to use the products and different variations, were super helpful. Very happy with the quality and all the information given.
