As a surgical trauma ICU nurse, one of the things I appreciate most about Dr. Z’s program is that it speaks to all healers and healthcare practitioners. It encourages us to take what we know and use it in new ways to help people more effectively.

To me, this is part of how we begin revamping our current fragmented sick-care model into a more comprehensive approach focused on staying healthy, building resilience, and preventing disease.

We are given an incredible amount of clinical knowledge in nursing and medical school, but very few of us are taught how to build a practice, market our services, use technology and social media, or communicate what we have to offer to the people who need it. Yet these skills are becoming increasingly important.

We live in a world where information is readily available. The challenge is no longer simply having knowledge. It is knowing how to bring that knowledge together, apply it effectively, reach people, and create something meaningful with it.

Dr. Z’s Bootcamp and program provide many of those missing tools. They encourage practitioners to take action, build their own practices, and recognize that with the right guidance and support, creating a successful practice is possible.

This is the kind of education I wish we were exposed to in nursing and medical school. We have been given the knowledge to care for people, but we also need the tools to bring that knowledge into the world in new and meaningful ways.

I recently attended Dr. Z's 3-day bootcamp, and it was chock-full of valuable information. I've taken plenty of seminars over the years, but this one stood out for how much ground it covered on actually running a successful virtual functional medicine clinic or health coaching business. Dr. Z was incredibly open and transparent about how she built her own business — she didn't hold back on any of it.
