Terrible. I ordered a t shirt for my brother's birthday. Never arrived. I had to find out myself that the package had been delivered to another address (not proof of address just a picture of the car reg?!) it was then up to me to chase up gym king to ask what was going on. Not great customer service, had to email twice before I got a response and am still waiting on my refund despite being told it would be in my account within 3-5 working days.. still no sign! AVOID!!

Disgusted with service
I would love to rate the quality of clothes but unfortunately I haven't received them. Marked by Royal Mail as delivered to the wrong address. Customer Services were initially helpful and started an investigation. Now it's all gone quiet and they are not responding to my emails. They still have my money though! Disgusted with the service. Unfortunately there is no option to give zero stars or I would have.

Good discount offered in email so I took advantage of it as I had seen a lovely fleece so I bought it at the reduced price. Beautiful too when it arrived. Another offer of free next day postage which DPD delivered it as promised. The free postage was a deal breaker as I find their postage on the high side if I’m honest so that does put me off even with discounts

Good clothing as usual but I must say I’m disappointed with the points loyalty system. I received an email saying I had points expiring the same day but when I tried to use the points, I couldn’t use them on my purchase. I think as loyalty you should be able to use them on sale, as well as full price. Now my points have expired. Shame really as I buy a lot of Gym King ☹️
