TURKISH SCAMMERS!!!!

This Company is well run Scam organisation

tesup are a scam company they steal money and dont send any product and you cannot contact them

there websites should be removed and they should be prosecuted immediately

Ordered and paid for a V7 Vertical Wind Turbine (7KW) with low wind blades at October, 28th 2023 and the amount was € 1300,00.

Till today, received nothing. Wrote many emails and opened many tickets but either they give you the standard answer 'we work on it' or they just close your ticket. Asked for option refund, then answers come like; 'they really work on sending the product soon, pallets did arrive!'. Yeah right, might in space at the ISS!

So people, please watch out and do not loose your money at them! I have given them many chances to solve it, now i go this way via media and all other paths to warn people for Tesup their scam!

Might thats also their reason why they not have any phone number or live chat environment!

They are a scam I feel. They will not return any emails and have no number to call. I have never received my turbine so I cannot tell you about that. I think I am going to have to call my CC company and see if I can claim fraud still or if it’s been to long. I would not recommend Tesup at all.

It is the worst company and the worst products that they sell if you like to waste your money and ur time buy from them.
I bought 3 wind turbines from them at the beginning they said it will take 4 weeks to received it but it took 2 months, after I received it I discovered:
1) it is made in Turkey not Europe as they said.
2) It rusted because of the rain.
3) the axe is not straight.
4) it is not working.
They have the worst customer service I tried to contact them but it is rubbish and no phone number to call.
I asked for my money back and to return thier garbage back but no answer as well.
I don't advice anyone to buy from them.
I have a prove for that if anyone need it.

Website and products look amazing. Too bad they won't contact you even for a purchase. They only operate via email, or a paid meeting, which is very odd. Especially so, since I've left three emails and never had a single response with any of the information I've asked for. I can't tell who owns this company, or where they're based, but it sure seems like a scam. I'm glad their contact and support is so crazy bad, I might have actually purchased something already and been in a state like so many other Tesup customers who have posted on Trustpilot.
