I previously left a good review about telegenix , this one is not so good. The first review I mentioned it takes a very long time to get meds, that still has not changed. I used this company for trt meds , which communication and sign up is very easy but after that , it's a nightmare. I will admit they did fix a wrong for me the first time. 2nd order hasn't been going to smoothly. It has been 2 weeks now and heard nothing from the pharmacy. Was told by Genix rep it would be 10 days, after constantly asking about it and telegenix just responding we will keep you updated. Behold , the day my trt subscription is due I didnt pay it because, well why wld I , I haven't even recieved my current order, Noone is gnna pay when they haven't received other items that were ordered. . Yes the t is a different med than what I ordered. So when I didnt pay subscription, that same day I get a text from rep, "update, there was a hiccup in processing your medication that was already paid for. Seriously telegenix ya have to do better. I told rep why wld I want to continue care when you can't get meds to me in a timely manner, I also stated nothing was offered to me in terms of customer service for not receiving my meds in a timely manner. She states," we gave you a free month subscription..lol exactly when did I get a free month. When signing up I paid 240.00 for 2 months of t. First bottle revive rx underfilled so telegenix paid for a new vial, which was were I gave the good review the first time. So that bottle was to replace the 1st vial. So . They proceed to cancel my subscription, I did agree with that though cause it's just a hassle. The meds are legit though just ordering meds is terrible for gttng them when you need them. Stay away unless you absolutely cant get it anywhere else. There are hundreds of other companies like this out there , I suggest do some research first before choosing.

Update for telegenix reply: How did you go above and beyond? You mean beyond the actual price of meds. They charge 350 to 387.00 for hcg from revive when all it cost is 200 and some change lol. Funny how other providers can use the same pharmacy , same strength but pay 130.00 less. All their meds are marked up people. Do your research first. Furthermore. Again you said you gave me a free month subscription..where was that at? The free bottle of test was because my bottle was underfilled which I had already paid for cause ot was to replace what I paid for. The batch was bad.

The thing that makes Telegenix different from all the other companies out there is the care the team has and the lengths they will go to, to not only make sure you get the best deal but to treat you like family if you have questions they will work extremely diligently to get you an answer. Being in the process I’m on with them I’ve gotten my energy back I’ve gotten my personal drive in the bedroom back, I’ve felt rejuvenated. My energy is up I’m losing weight safely with there program. This company cares a lot the owners will even call you directly if you have questions or issues to speak directly to the client and understand and help. That alone speaks volumes. I’ve been with other companies and I have NEVER gotten the level of care that I’ve gotten here. If you curious they do have discounts I will let them explain that so ask about it trust me it’s worth it. I WOULD HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND them as a TRT and peptide and energy company. They do care and as an EMT full time it helps a lot.

Mia has been great from day one. Very knowledgeable. Above and beyond helpful anytime I've needed assistance. There was one small glitch with an order but the support team handled it and had my order sent overnight. Great customer service. Taking TRT and Sermorelin at the moment and already feeling better. Can't wait to see where this takes me as time goes on.

Telegenix is awesome, but what made me make my decision to pick Telegenix was their amazing Sales Rep Mia!!!!! She answers my questions, follows up on my progress, and is totally awesome... so, if you're looking to start TRT; go with Telegenix. Mia, if you see this... YOU'RE AWESOME!!!

I’ve gone through other big name companies in this space, but none of them operate like the team at Telegenix. Just the pure care for their patients beats everyone else. I’ve never had an unanswered question, the interactions I have with the staff are always professional. It’s very hard to find trust in this space but with this company, I have zero worries about anything. I’d recommend this service and this team to anyone.

I was using another provider when I was introduced to Telegenix, night and day difference, these guys move quickly to get you taken care of. If you are anything like me then you value clear communication and let me tell you, every person I spoken with I was able to clearly and effortlessly communicate with. If you catch your self wanting to scream when you get off the phone with your current customer service please give these guys a shot!!! Everything I have had questions about so far have been quickly and accurately answered, I couldn’t be happier!!!

Telegenix has been awesome to get me on the right path with my TRT. They took my labs that I had, discussed my goals and I talked with a Great doc that listened to my needs. Plus the total cost was $500 bucks less than others. If you want to get back to feeling great again, you need to try Telegenix, they really care about you and your health.
