I took my Samsung s20FE phone in for a screen replacement they gave me two quotes over the phone $150 or $250 I asked for the cheaper option $150 when I asked for a winz quote they sent me a quote for $170 after paying them they held my phone for three days then they contacted me claiming I need a new mother board so I asked them to put my phone back to original and asked for refund which they did but they left out a heap of parts from my phone I took it back only to meet with excuses after this bad experience I bought a new screen for $33 and fixed the phone myself with the help of YouTube tutorial there was nothing wrong with my motherboard phone is now working great my issue with this company is they are deliberately making up costs from already struggling families on the benefit

Left them with a 1 terabyte card for them to get data off and I rang a week later only to be told we'll ring you back and they didn't. I did this 3 times and still have heard nothing. Won't be using them ever again
