We are just a small family trying to…

We are just a small family trying to raise some money for dog rescue abroad. No big fish like other teaming accounts. Our donations are a mere 8 e a month.

I recently changed my personal bank account to another bank. But was told when I tried to set up the new account with teaming that it was not allowed to have money sent to a personal account, even though I had been receiving prior funds from teaming to this old account for the past 6 years!!

I asked them to explain why but no answer only that they are regulated and there are rules in place, even though those rules did not matter for the last 6 years running of my teaming account
But when I asked them to refund the money to my donators (all personal friends by the way). They said they were unable to refund money! Really?? Who regulates you?? I am shocked that a so called company who aids various charities and non profit associations only trying to do good can keep any unclaimed money and I'm sure, as is the case with my association, Their main aim is to make money out of people!!

I want to ask, you make all these rules to benefit you but when it comes to our benefit then those rules actually only benefit you by retaining vital monies raised by honest hard working charities and non profit associations!!

Merritxell torras I want my donations please all 50e!!! I have sent you 2 association accounts both local and both involved in dog rescue!!!

As I have explained to you I am unable to open a association account because I only receive 8 e a month and the fees for an association account outweigh the donations!!

Explain yourselves.
