Non‑Delivery of Order and Lack of Communication
In mid‑last year, I placed an order with your company. This order was never delivered.
Despite multiple attempts to contact you, I received no response. On one occasion I did manage to reach you, and I was assured that a replacement order would be dispatched.
Unfortunately, I have not received the replacement order, nor have I been able to establish any further contact. This situation is unacceptable, and I request an immediate resolution.
