The final product of the shirt was great but I paid for the 24 hour express shipment hoping to get it at the very least in the next 48 hours as it was for a friend who was leaving. Instead I received the shirt 5 business days later! Very disappointing as I was unable to give it to my friend in time.

Delivery
Delivery, I guess this is not your fault directly, but you are hiring UPS for delivery, I am waiting this product since December 18th, and today (December 29-th)we got resolved by re-initiating delivery.
I have also paid for express delivery, but you have reimbursed this amount as of delivery failure.
Please check with your vendor for delivery, as no one told me what happened initially.
