Missing item, no solution
Toolstation has send just 1 item instead of the 2 ordered. I can see that the item is available, it is a small but very common item that sells often so 100% they have in in stock as shown on website. Toolstation claims that they don't have it in stock and thus are cancelling my order for this 1 item. I now cannot order it without paying shipping costs. I strongly believe they cancel the order of this 1 item because they don't want to pay for shipping this 1 small item even thought they clearly made a mistake by not adding it to the original package. They rather leave a customer without solution than just fix their own mistake. Unbelievably useless customer service.

They lost my order and cannot refund or replace
I placed an order on January 19th to be delivered to the local shop. It did not arrive and is somehow lost in the warehouse. i have received only false updates more than two week ago that my items would be available in 1-3 business days. They now refuse to cancel, replace, or refund my order. It is a huge waste of time and money.
