Exceptional and professional service. After I had already payed for the watch and payed for the UK import tariff, this company offered and then payed the tariff. The watch was already the best price on the Internet, as I am a full-time student and requested, they reduced the price by around another 10%. I will purchase more from them, possibly even visit the shop personally. I am that pleased and impressed.

This is my second order from ZietLounge. Their offer was about 27% discount compared to the RRP for my new Solar Tissot Swiss watch. VAT and delivery was supposed to be included in the price, so when unexpected UPS handling and import charges occurred, their customer support responded promptly and honoured their pre-sale commitments by fully refunding the fees without delay. The watch was dispatched on the day of ordering and arrived in the UK around a week later in pristine condition, securely packaged in the retail box with USB charger and official manufacturer documentation, tags, and warranty papers intact. Despite the customs hurdles, the significant price advantage and responsive customer service easily earn this merchant a solid 5-star rating. I would however, advise you to check availability before ordering.

I was able to make an offer based solely on the difference in colour between two models but not something that is always possible online so that market kind of feel. Postage was good and swift but delayed by an address fault that I was able to correct with the courier thanks to being given the tracking number. The item itself seems first class.

I placed an order for a watch that said "ready to ship in 2-3 days". When that time had passed and I had not received shipping confirmation, I had to reach out myself to see why it was not shipped. They responded saying that there had been a problem in their order from Citizen (they first need to order the watch, and then ship it to me). They did not specify an expected date the watch would be shipped. I responded asking for clarification as to whether or not the watch would be available and when it would be shipped, and did not receive a response until I sent a 2nd follow up email, when they told me "the next month". I then demanded a more specific date, as I could not wait a month to receive this watch, and finally I was told "the end of next month we hope the order will be shipped". I immediately requested to cancel my order and refund the money they have taken from me, and now they are not responding to me emails. Communication with the company has been very poor, as it seems that they will only respond once to your emails per day (even if you send an immediate reply) with the same copy and paste generic response of "sorry we have just learned of this delay when we checked ourselves". If the company can not fulfill it's promises regarding shipping dates, the least they should do is communicate with the client honestly. This seems to be a common theme with zeitlounge I will edit this response once the money has been refunded to me account, but as of now, they aren't getting back to me.

I found a watch for a great price, so i placed an order. Everything went very smoothly and they have a bunch of different payment options. The watch arrived in Sweden after 2(!) business days and everything is great. They even took the time to print the instructions, although in german, and stick them in the box. I will definitely keep Zeitlounge in mind the next time I'm looking for a watch!
