I booked several trips from Yamsafer…
I booked several trips from Yamsafer over the past two years. The last one was for my Rome trip in June. The booking process is smooth and their customer support was very responsive to my questions. Their prices in two bookings I made were very competitive too. They are my go to choice for now :)

Great price & customer service
I found a great price on Yamsafer via Trivago and I couldn't believe how good the deal was. I instantly booked and was hesitant as it was my first time booking via Yamsafer. I was not disappointed! Their customer support team is incredible, as they were ready to answer any of my questions and they even added special requests for me after I had completed the booking. Great price, amazing customer service! What else can you ask for?

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. I did the hotel booking via yamsafor app and I received the confirmation. But when I went to the hotel there was not any booking and I called the yamsafir support team to help but they said there is nothing to do.

no booking on arrival
this is my 1st time booking with them my trip to Ras al khaimah was planned and booked 1 week before the arriving day i found them by trivago app the price was good found (pay on arrive) option which was good .
after the booking i received booking confirmation and ref number, we arrived to the resort to check in on the arrival date we booked and found out there is no reservation under my name which made me feel bad i had to travel all the way from dubai to rak about 120km for nothing .
thank you yamsafer, i will never do this mistake again i promise XD .
