Bought Aquaglide Chelan 140 1 or 2 Person Inflatable Kayak May 2025. Wetsuit Outlet were friendly and efficient with competitive pricing. The kayak was delivered on time and has been perfect for my coastal touring off the Devon coast. It is rock steady and I have been out in it on my own and with 2 adults multiple times. Originally bought so I could get out on the sea when its a bit too windy for SUP. Highly recommend both the company and the kayak.

AVOID ORDERING AS THEY DETAILS STATED IN THE T&C’s are subjective.

Recently completed research on wetsuits and thought this company was more trustworthy as it had a price promise. HOWEVER, Found the same product slightly cheaper but when following the order protocol, they refused to offer the price promise due to low margins. Then had the cheek to use the caveat on the website they can refuse any price promise without a reason despite stating clearly the reasons they can decline them.

I have many words for companies like this and no morals just greed. You have been found out.

The problem arose due to delivery (I understood it was the courier, not the store itself). Delivery took 12 days to Ireland, but the store itself is good, and the quality of the goods is 5+....... Recommend this store

After years of not purchasing from here due to past problems, I was persuaded to buy again. O'Neill Psycho Tech 6/4mm Chest Zip Hooded Wetsuit, SIZE M. I already have another identical wetsuit and wanted to renew it. I received a wetsuit with the M label all over it, but it fits twice as small as the previous one. It is 3cm or 4cm longer in the legs, longer in the arms, and wider in the shoulders and hips; even the width of the wrists and ankles is greater. The result was that I had to use it to notice these defects, and as stated in the policies of this site, they do not exchange the goods after use. 1) How can you see small defects without using the product? 2) More importantly, WHY DO YOU HAVE FAILED MERCHANDISE AND ARE YOU SELLING IT AS REGULAR? Is it possible that two identical wetsuits of the same size are available, one is perfect, and the other is several centimeters longer and wider, making it unusable? When I purchased it, I also wrote to customer care to check the product carefully before shipping it, precisely to avoid what has already happened in the past... HERE'S €400 thrown in the trash thanks to Wetsuit Outlet.

Ordered a wetsuit from the Wetsuit outlet Spanish website to be shipped to Canary islands. The order process was fine, and as expected, had to pay for shipping because of my location. Next day I get an email, that they have to cancel my order and refund. The reason is that the orders to Canary islands are shipped from UK, not from Spain to another Spanish region, as you would assume since ordering from the Spanish site of Wetsuit outlet. The UK website doesn't have the same stock therefore my order can't be processed. In the email I received I was advised to place my order to Canary islands through the UK website. Why would the Spanish website let me order to Canary Islands if they don't deliver there? This is somewhat mind-blowing and unprofessional in 2026. I will not waste my time again with this company. Also making sure not to recommend this company to any of my customers looking for a wetsuit to buy.

I ordered an item from this company and was not as expected so I arranged for it to be returned. What I did not expect was it would take 3 weeks for my payment to be returned and then only £40.20 when the original item was £48.90, what a terrible company.

I think it's probably a good place to shop if everything is ok with your order. I bought a sweatshirt and a wetsuit that I liked and a faulty wetsuit that I wrote to them about twice and never got a response.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Service & Dishonest Handling

I ordered from WetsuitOutlet on February 5, trusting them to deliver a simple order. Instead, I experienced over a week of delays, excuses, and being constantly told to “wait” with absolutely no real progress.

The company chose to ship with EVRi instead of Royal Mail, despite there being at most a £2 difference between the two services. Saving £1–£2 was clearly more important to them than customer experience. Worse still, the item was not even properly dispatched, so blaming the courier afterward is completely dishonest.

When I contacted customer support, I was repeatedly stalled with meaningless responses like “Please give me a moment”. Only after significant pressure did they finally process a cancellation and refund via PayPal — after wasting over a week of my time.

Trying to shift the blame to EVRi does not change the facts: this failure was entirely WetsuitOutlet’s responsibility. Poor logistics, poor communication, and poor business ethics.

This is not how a professional or trustworthy business operates. I deeply regret ordering from them and will never use this company again. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting WetsuitOutlet with their money.

Disappointed it is so costly to return an item, especially as I do not live near an Evri drop off. So I have to pay to return the item and then have a lengthy drive to drop it off. Also feel the sizing was off on the item we ordered as he is a typical size but the item didn't fit. Also they use Evri to deliver so had to chase delivery anyway. Just disappointed all round.

Incorrect jacket was sent...both damaged with small tears/cuts in the fabric, some dirt on the front (looks like slightly used rather than new)...and it wasn't event the same brand, although the label was correct.

Presumably a dodgy return that wasn't picked up by either the returns or subsequent dispatch processes, which isn't great.

Would have given 1 star for the disappointment as it was a Christmas present so not opened until the 25th Dec and it's now out of stock; however offset by the fact that
- they offered an immediate refund (processed but yet to be received)
- it was beyond the standard 60 day return window
- they didn't question the basis for return, which looks suspicious even if it was genuine.

Hopefully they'll improve their control processes so they and others don't suffer a similar outcome.

Second time I've ordered from Wetsuit Outlet. Each time the delivery has been fast, communication efficient, and the prices very competitive.

The site did not make it clear to me that I would be charged a return courier cost of £4.75. It's not possible to buy footwear sensibly on the site if no guidance is given on width of fit for the products: fit becomes expensive trial and error, unless you have tried the products for fit elsewhere and know the width of the footwear already.

If the site is serious about selling footwear online it should provide a sizing guide page and actually open the boxes and measure the widths of the typical 'standard' shoes in each range so that folks with wider feet have some chance of getting the right fit. Cheaney dot co dot uk have excellent sizing guidance, for example.

After posting this, Andy and the team got back to me and were very helpful, so I am updating the rating to 5 stars, because they are very responsive. I think the sizing guidance will improve!

Terrible experience! I paid to return an item then they took further postal costs out of my refund! They then tried to say they didn’t!

How can you send a Klarna statement when you have the wrong person and I don’t have Klarna.

My review stands and will always stand as your company is misleading! How can you deduct postage when we have to pay to return it!

Lack of correct product description. Really disappointed with the lack of empathy with this company. Terrible experience with their customer service. This review is about Wetsuit Outlet based in Chapel Road, Shoeburyness, Essex SS3 9SL. I will be purchasing our wetsuits etc from another company from now on.

Update - With regards to the reply from Wetsuits Outlet below, they had several opportunities to put this situation right. They were contacted several times via email and the responses were quite rude, negative and not helpful. And now i have left reviews, they suddenly want to put it right.

Just wow. Was looking for a quality winter coat and did a lot of online searching, eventually picked a brand and style and found Wetsuit Outlet the cheapest by some way although colours limited too one which I liked anyway. Ordered at about 15:30 on a Friday afternoon and paid additional £4.95 for delivery next day. Tracking was excellent and Royal Mail delivered the coat at 10:00. That’s an order to delivery of time of around 19 hours. Well packaged and just what I wanted. Superb service.

I ordered from this company and never received my parcel. Despite contacting them they refused to take responsibility, saying their claim deadline with the courier had expired. Under EU law, the seller is responsible for delivery, so I find this approach very disappointing and unprofessional.

I’m now having to escalate the matter through consumer protection channels to get my refund.
Order with caution, if something goes wrong, you will not get any help from them.

Update: they did get in touch after this review and are now able to resolve the problem which I really appreciate, I just wish it wouldn’t take a bad review for them to resolve issues but am glad it was handeled correctly now.

Charge for shipping which is fine, but then they send it on a bizarre route that takes ages and way over the stated shipping time at checkout. My package has gone from UK to Netherlands even though it final destination is Ireland which should be next day between UK and IRE. It said 3-5 working days but its now nearly two weeks and its somewhere in the Netherlands. If there going to use the cheapest shipping possible and route it that way then don't charge for it. If you charge for shipping it should be direct and efficient.

Easy to use website and measurements clear. Great wet suit and boots at a good price and fitted well, thank you.
