initially it is a very simple, convenient and intuitive site. I applied for two visas and it took almost two weeks to convince the that I had made the payment, the continued to maintain that it was not true and that they had not received any payment from me. Then, by dint of tests from my bank, they managed to process my request. Let's say I recommend it but I had to spend a lot of time with it.

Well it took too long and communication was
ambiguous. I was told the documents were good
and they was advised they needed to be re-uploaded.
I was told that the vietnam visa was subject to
government time line. Should have provided more
clarity at the outset of submitting the visa application.

This was a misleading scam which took €29 from my account for a Singapore visa.It was not a visa only an arrival health card which is not charged for by Singapore government.
They were incompetent also as I showed airline ticket info for arrival 31st December and they entered 25th December and did not explain that the arrival health card details can only be submitted three days before arrival. I read many one star reviews of this Spanish company after I was scammed as I did not notice that it was not the official Singapore government site.Their customer service agent tried to blame me for their mistake with dates! Liars and cheats.
