I love this bracelet. Beautiful design, well made and very comfortable. There was a slight problem with the shipment due to Post Nord messing up with tracking details. My order took longer to ship because of this. I contacted the store's customer service who apologised for the error.
Everything was fine once it arrived.

Ordered jewelry to Finland. The products were just as described and arrived very fast considering they came by matkahuolto service. The shop also has a Finnish option but most contact emails are in Swedish so unless you know some Swedish like I do it may be harder to decipher what's going on, but otherwise the shop keeps you well informed. 5/5 will order again.

Perfect order except language issues.
I ordered a very cool Nordic Mythology themed insulated mug. It received in perfect condition packaged very carefully.
I did notice that the website was mostly in danish, some pages weren't properly translated and the email for this trustpilot review was in swedish.
Its not a big deal in a modern world with Google Translate and danish and swedish so close to eachother, but had i been from some non-nordic language it would probably be much harder!
