Maybe you could add an option to book more than one property at a time to the website as when I tried I managed to book one but then there was no availability for the others, which meant I then needed to cancel the first one. It was a very frustrating experience.

booked for family of 4 in belgium. They have hidden charges to make it appear cheaper. be careful. place was not good. Most of the people were staying are elderly. no holiday feel. place was quiet.

Great location and weather, but a noisy building site with zero sleep
We recently arrived in Sardinia and while the weather, location, and staff are lovely, our experience with Vacance Select has been incredibly frustrating.
We paid extra for Wi-Fi because I needed it to work during our stay. Upon arrival, we were told it doesn’t work in our accommodation at all, and we have to sit in the bar or restaurant just to get reception.
Worse still, there are no swimming pools available despite being advertised on the website. They are literally still building them. The entire place is a building site with loud construction noise running all day long.
If you are looking for a quiet holiday, do not book here. There is a nightclub called Phi Beach opposite on the peninsula that plays music until 4am every morning. Between the construction and the club, we have had no sleep, and the security staff just shrugged their shoulders when we raised it.
Shame on the company for not checking the state of this site before selling it to families. Do not come here until the work is finished. Very unhappy.

I made a silly error when booking and…
I made a silly error when booking and didn't the read small print -- I rang Vacanceselect the next day to cancel my holiday and rebook. They were brilliant. They answered the phone promptly, the service was excellent and they solved my problem within minutes so I can now book again. A big thank you to Maria :)

Get your act together!
We love our cabins on the campground, but the company behind it (Resident VacanceSelect) is an absolute nightmare. Even though we have informed them many times, we have not received general information or our annual invoices for years!! Weeks later, of course, you receive a payment reminder, but certainly each year no first invoice and no general information concerning changes being made, like other customers.
I have just one message to this company. Get your act together!

€ 55 for cleaning.
€ 120 additional cleaning for pet/dog.
After conformation additional € 80 for the dog charged to pay to the facility. After showing my disappointment, I was contacted and was compensated. So it was not intentional but caused by a system fault. Good to see that my complaint is taken seriously and a compensation is proactively provided!
