Absolutely had everything for me

The sales advisor I spoke to was a definite 5/5. So helpful and went out of his way to help.
The only reason I have given 4/5 is that from my original quote to what I ended up paying there was an increase of over £200, and they weren’t able to tell me why.

It was slightly unnerving having to submit so many supporting documents - I've never needed to do this before but the instructions were pretty clear and it was easy to upload the docs. It would have been completely beyond someone who's not that confident with tech though. My mum would have freaked out.

Very disappointed. The excess fee was not made clear enough when I took out the policy. I was also passed to Premium Credit for monthly payments and told I could be charged £25 if I didn’t sign their agreement. Important fees and finance terms should be explained clearly upfront.

I chose this car insurance company through GoCompare, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.

Around two months after taking out the policy, I suddenly received an email saying that because my No Claims Bonus was not 10 years, I had to pay an additional premium of approximately £350.

What I find especially frustrating is that this issue was only raised two months after the policy had already started. If I choose to cancel now, I have been told that I would only receive a refund of around £482.

This has left me feeling misled and very dissatisfied with the way the policy and additional charges have been handled.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this insurer through GoCompare to check all the details very carefully, especially the No Claims Bonus requirements and any possible additional charges, before purchasing a policy.

I’m be honestly telling everybody please don’t try to buy with them .the showing price lower when you paid there validation team call you then told you price not that one increase insurance company.please try with other companies not this .I paid money the told me refund receip 7 day, after 7 days when I called the said send me email then I received another 7day.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 in the mine time I need insurance my car.

Got a price online and then calling them they increased my price, because they do have access to our driving license details which is a lie as it was presented . The process is so complicated so they rely on making money for cancellation. Beware their staff as they are not knowledgeable to be in this industry . Incompement people working at their calling centres. BEAWARE
