So easy to use and update
So easy to use and update. Purchased a new vehicle and finally ended my insurance with my old provider. Now all my insurance policies are with Tower! Easy to navigate and update policies when needed. Example is I added my partner as a policy holder as she has the vehicle registered in her name. So easy to do. Cheers Tower!

I am trying to finalise a claim, I have sent 4 emails and have had no response. I've spoken to two different people on the phone as my claim support person is never available. Totally disappointed with the follow up process.
