Excellent products & service. We were recommended to the Wood Veneer Hub by relatives who have just completed a media wall with lights. We were so impressed we decided to have a section of our living room wall done too. We opted for the premium walnut with a large shelf & 2 small ones. Everything was delivered quickly & well packaged & we are very pleased with the quality. Not had it installed as yet but looking forward to seeing it done.

Excellent service from start to finish

We searched so many companies for a wood panel colour we wanted. We had found one from a different company but the reviews on their customer service were awful (won’t name them!) so we eventually found WVH and the colour was just about what we wanted. We ordered a sample to be sure and it arrived promptly. We decided to go with WVH due to their reviews. I ordered on the Friday and it was delivered by the Tuesday! We did notice that the packaging was damaged on two of the products and it was a great shame that when we opened them they were indeed damaged inside. Rang up WVH and sent over photos of the damage - they were apologetic and sorted the issue straight away. Have already had a confirmation email that two more panels are being delivered to replace the damaged ones. It is clear that the delivery company have not taken care rather than WVH themselves being at fault. The wood panels themselves are great. Just what we wanted and lovely quality. The main thing here is not only the fantastic product but also the customer service. Sometimes things happen or go wrong but when you have a responsive company who pick up the phone and rectify straight away I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Ordered Constructional Veneer for the first time really please with the outcome. Fast delivery _ 3 days from order to receipt, arrived in huge box, product great.
One small query, on web page couldn't find the thickness of the constructional veneer so was please that on arrival that it was exactly what I hoped at 3mm. For those not using veneers regularly maybe a note on the would help. But overall a great product and service.

Excellent conversation around product sample's. It is quite a complex choice and one where you don't want to make a wrong choice, hence the importance multiple samples. Still deciding what to do.

Sadly, I paid £9 for a "white" sample. When it arrived, it was off white, almost cream. I'm so glad I wasted £9 and didn't pay full price for poor representation. Not impressed.
I didn't even get a reply from the email I sent.

Got exactly what I ordered,on time, well packaged.

so I used this company 5 years ago and the product was very good. bought panelling from them recently and the full process has been a shambles.

they do not package their panels properly , basically just 1 layer of cardboard around the panels. their delivery partners are very poor. we are 2 lots of panels in and both sets of panels have been damaged. we tried rejecting delivery of the first batch of panels as could see without opening them they where damaged. they just kept on trying to deliver them until we eventually just took them. second batch of panels was delivered and the delivery company left them outside so they also got damaged as got soaked in the rain.

tried to look at the panels to see if I could get what I need from the 2 damaged batches only to find the colour was totally different to what I had originally bought in the first batch. again touched base with the company who have not even acknowledged the shambles of the second delivery and how the panels where left outside and are also damaged (which they will be able to verify with the POD) . they originally told me its because the original panels with have changed colour in the 5 years (the equivalent of oak changing to walnut ) I did not accept that answer and they then came back and said they had changed supplier and original ones will have acclimatised. all in all just very poor and very disappointing from what I thought was good company.

Great company to deal with and very helpful. Very fast despatch however, the courier company they use DX was awful and the panels delivered to the wrong hub sat for several days waiting for someone to sort it out. Again thankfully WVH came to the rescue. DX also mishandled the panels and on arrival some panels were damaged. WVH great! DX Dreadful!

I have previously purchased both interior and exterior panels from this company. Placed a £2,142.39 order on 28 September 2026 for acoustic panels. The panels arrived but several were damaged from poor quality single ply packaging being cut through by the plastic external straps and poor handling by the delivery contractors. Others looked as though they had been trampled. Called WVH spoke to customer service manager, and then sent email on 2 October 2026 with photographs of the items as delivered on the driveway with clearly damaged boxes & then when boxes opened. It is now 24 days since that email and I have not had a response from WVH.

Fantastic product and service

I was recommended WVH and your wooden acoustic panels by a friend who had used your services. I ordered a sampler pack which arrived very quickly and I chose a dark oiled walnut finish that complemented the style I was aiming for . The full sized panels were delivered very promptly and were an easy DIY fix to install. WVH also refunded the sampler cost, a nice touch.
Delighted with the panels for their looks and the way they have enhanced the sound from my TV…. And the service from WVH

Fabulous helpful staff. Great products and prices. Packaging done really carefully to avoid damage to products. Speedy delivery. I would reccomend this supplier most highly.
