First shirt, I used their sizer, which got my size wrong. They remade it for free to new measurements and let me keep the original. Great customer service, very reasonable pricing, and the shirting is fantastic. If you know your measurements or have the time to go to a tailor, it's a great option with much more value for cost than Brooks Brothers or something else in the segment.

My experience with Tailor Store has been nothing less that perfect! I made a slight error whilst measuring the sleeve length which meant my short was short - I was reassured with the guaranteed first remake but wondered whether it was too good to be true. It wasn't. I contacted their customer service and explained the problem and they have been so quick to reply. My replacement shirt is now being made again. Its not the cheapest shirt I have bought by far but I would not hesitate in using this company again. They are fantastic!

Mostly positive and I will order again. This was my third order. The shirts and blazer (blazer from previous order) that I got are all great fits and are well made. The places I would improve are on communication and speed. For example, when ordering 4 shirts you only make and ship one of them. None of the communication says this is going to happen. Once it arrives, you then get an email asking you to rate the fit. Honestly, this looks like it is asking you to REVIEW it. But really, once you give it 5 stars, it is really saying "please make my other 3 shirts". But it doesn't say that. Then you wait and wait again for the rest of the shirts. I think the wait and slow shipping process would not be so bad if the communications were solid and said right in the order confirmation that you weren't going to make the complete order until the first item was approved for size. And that the note about rating the fit actually said that its purpose was to release the other items to production. I almost didn't do it because it appeared like it was a review.

Everything about my experience with Tailor Store was slow: production, delivery, and the remake process. I don't understand why they couldn't simply use standard body measurements — instead, they apparently "estimated" my chest size based on other measurements, which resulted in a poorly fitting shirt.
Because of this, I didn't receive my shirt in time for a planned event, even though I ordered it two months in advance. And when a remake was clearly their fault, it should have been handled as an express priority — not another 20 days of waiting.

they have made me 5 shirts now. 2 i cannot button they are so tight and one the sleeve is significantly shorter, yet they claim all are within tolerance or took no responsibility. Shirts that can't button fit OK according to them apparently. Rip off I will not be returning.

I have now purchased from this company 4 times and have been so pleased with the quality of products (chinos and custom shirts) the level of customization you get and the tailor’s flexibility are exceptional and I love the garments I have from them! To get custom shirts and pants at these prices makes me not want to walk into a brick and mortar store ever again. There is just nothing like a made to fit garment! I should also mention that their customer service is second to none!
