If I could give 0 I would, Terrible quality of the dresses, not at all as the images, not even the sizes. very difficult to have a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Terrible customer service. They completely ignore return requests and don’t even provide a return address. Took more than one month to get 3 dresses. Avoid.

This has been disappoint from start to finish. Order took a month to arrive and one of the items was not what I had ordered.
I got in touch with customer service to return the incorrect item and have since been ghosted. I have tried everything, from emails to their contact form to instagram dms, and have not heard back at all.
Genuinely so disappointed in the store - good reminder to always check review.
The countdown for the sale is fake as well.

Item took over 1 month to arrive and was too late for the holiday. I have contacted numerous times for a return address and, like many others who have left reviews, my emails go unanswered.

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered €150 worth of clothing and nothing ever arrived. There’s also no way to get in touch with them, they don’t respond to emails or Instagram DMs. Nothing. It’s a scam.

I am forced to leave this review because I have tried to contact customer support multiple times regarding my order, but I have received no response whatsoever. Since all my attempts to resolve this matter privately have been ignored, I have no choice but to share my experience publicly.
My order took almost one month to arrive, despite your website stating an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the items I received. They are nothing like the photos shown on your website. The fit is awful, and the biggest issue is that what appears to be rhinestones in the product photos is actually just a printed design. This was never made clear in the product description. Had this been specified, I would never have purchased these items.
Displaying the products in a way that makes them appear embellished with real rhinestones when they are only printed is misleading and creates completely unrealistic expectations. The products I received do not match the presentation on your website.

At this point, I am still waiting for a response from customer support. I hope this review finally prompts the company to address this issue and resolve it fairly.

The product I received (Earthy Swirl Tie-Side Triangle Bikini, Size L) does not match the photos shown on the website. The beads are black instead of brown and there are fewer of them than shown in the product images. The blue shades are much more extensive and vibrant than advertised, completely changing the overall color balance and design that convinced me to purchase it in the first place. The fabric quality is average, but the difference between the actual product and the official photos is obvious and disappointing.
Shipping was also very slow, taking over a month to arrive.
On top of that, the website uses a countdown timer for its "limited-time" discounts that never actually expires, clearly creating false urgency to encourage purchases.

I’d love to give them 0 stars! They’re definitely scammers. I placed an order a month ago. Still haven’t received anything… In the meantime, they replied to one of my emails, saying they’d already shipped the order and couldn’t provide any further updates. Since then, I’ve sent three more emails—you guessed it… no response! Don’t waste your money here!

SCAMMERS I would rate it 0 stars if I could. This company is a complete scam. I ordered 2 dresses from them, which after taking weeks to arrive, were of horrific quality. I tried to initiate a refund through the refund portal, but it said it could not find my order (despite me entering the correct order number) so I had to email to request a refund. I have emailed them 4 times over the past month and not received a response.

Never ordering again from them. It took 1 month for the clothes to arrive and 2 out of the 3 dresses that I had ordered don’t look like the pictures. They never replied to my mails. 0/5

An hour after I ordered my dress, I emailed to cancel. No response whatsoever. Then took over a month to arrive, and then they didn’t even send me the correct item. Very disappointing customer service. Will not be buying from here again.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I wish I saw these these reviews before ordering. The team is “smart” by stating you have 15 days to return items and within that period they will not tell you what the return address is and you will never see your money again. They literally ghost you, no chance of communication.

My expectations were pretty low after reading a lot of these reviews (unfortunately after I had already ordered from the website...). The only positive is that it took about 15 days for my order to arrive, which is faster than some of the reviews I've read. However the bikini that arrived is COMPLETELY different to what I ordered. The quality isn't great, but to be honest, it's not terrible. I'm yet to decide whether to try to return it or not. I definitely will NOT be ordering from here again, and nor do I recommend anyone else to do so!

Absolutely disgraceful experience.

I ordered three items from this brand, and after waiting over a month for them to arrive, the disappointment was complete. None of the items looked anything like the photos shown online. The quality was extremely poor, and the fit was terrible.

Their return policy states that returns are accepted within 15 days. I contacted them from the very day I received the order and have emailed them repeatedly, every single day, asking for return instructions. The 15-day period has now passed, and I still have not received a single response.

Terrible customer service, terrible quality and a completely unacceptable shopping experience. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this brand.

Horrible experience, I ordered several items from their website. Two arrived but were of extremely poor quality. I didn't even recognise them at first because they were also extremely different from their website. The other items didn't arrive for several weeks (I lost track of everything I ordered) When I realised it I went to write them an email and found out that they had sent me an email prior to that about the items not being in stock and I could get a refund if wanted. So I said I wanted a refund but now they said they deliver it because the items are back in stock. Super unprofessional especially because a delivery of the items now doen't work for me since their delivery takes weeks and by then the occasion it was for is already over

My order never came the whole. I paid 92€ and I only got one top. And I’ve been waiting for 1,5 month to receive

This is the most incompetent and untrustworthy brand I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered 2 dresses over two months ago, and immediately got a mail saying they didn’t have any of them in stock, even though it didn’t say on the website.

I responded that I would just like my money refunded. They didn’t respond.

I send two separate mails with a 2 week interval trying to confirm the confirmation of the refund. They respond after that, that they will send one dress and the other will be refunded.

It’s now been several weeks and no refund has been seen and no dress has been seen. And they don’t seem to want to respond to any emails regarding this order.
So I have lost a great 100$ but don’t worry I did get so lucky to receive a couple trustissuse one the way for life.

Undoubtly the most incompetent and squalid people behind this brand.

I ordered 2 items two months ago. After two months, 1 item finally arrived, but the other still hasn't. I’ve been in contact with the company via email several times; they keep telling me there is a delay and that it’s unfortunate, but otherwise, they aren't doing anything about it and just tell me to wait. It’s really the worst delivery I experienced.
