Items not delivered
Unfortunately the items were not delivered (with unclear explanation). The staff were very kind and apologetic, but the experience was very unfortunate -- hopefully it was just a one-off accident!

Unfortunately our print department lost your package due to a stressful period and therefore it was picked up by GLS and delivered too late.
