Easy, but non ideal logistics
Super simple order, top goods. Unfortunately, the shipping service provider took much longer than promised. And for that, the shipping price was too high.

Will never order from here again
Will never order from here again. Total scam. They sent me a wrong article instead of what I ordered. The customer support is slow. Though it was their mistake, they did nothing to rectify it, forced me to send the item to them, and even didn't fully reimburse me the costs for the shipping. They even never brought their apologies. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!

Amazing service
I ordered a toy on their website on Friday evening and I was delighted to receive the package on Saturday morning.
The toy was sealed and the package was completely disguised (no indication of the company’s name).
I am very happy with their customer service, by sending me several emails regarding tracking the package and the invoice, and the toy which works as detailed on their website.

Amateurs and unorganized.
I orderd a product which broke after 4 months. They told me to send it back and i would get a new one after the company had looked at the problem. But once they recieved the product they stopt responding to my emails and never sent me my product back or a new one. It’s been more that 6months now. AWFUL service!!!! Sending the product cost me money too. I WOULD NEVER Order something their again. They have waisted my time and money and are obviously amateurs/unorganized.
