Terrible buy. Wouldn’t buy again from Suttons.
The plants in the container had flowered and had branches cut off them. They were old plants not ones that were ready to flower. In fact they haven’t flowered yet. The basket was wonky, not level at the bottom. Not a good buy at all. Not at all satisfied.

When my ready planted baskets arrived…
When my ready planted baskets arrived they looked lovely. However they seemed to die off,then one basket had no flowers in the middle of the basket. Rhe other basket seemed quite full but lop sided. I worked on them. More flowers have come on the first basket, but it's not full more spread out. The second basket is flowering well,however it seems full on one side. They are both so different!.

Great healthy plants
I ordered four Hydrangeas,plants arrived they were all about a foot tall,soil still damp as they don't like drying out which they could have done with the hot weather.

Ordered 3 hanging baskets
Ordered 3 hanging baskets. One turned up completely devoid of any flowers and the delivery date for the other 2 was changed to 2027!

The plants were not labelled and in poor condition
The plants were not labelled. The acer was half dead and has been replaced. Since then, the peonies, sunflowers and hydrangea have all shrivelled up and died, in spite of watering. Very disappointing, won’t use Suttons again

Awful delivery
I’m sure the plants let you ok but when they arrived five of them were broken and I was really disappointed.
I blame the delivery people as box left upside down although clearly had arrows indicating right way up. We were in all day but no one rang the bell or knocked to let us know they had a parcel so sat outside in the heat all day!

Orders delayed and plants arrived dead.
Recent orders have been delayed and delivery is just not quick enough. The plants that did arrive within a month of ordering, arrived dry and nearly dead. Couldn’t rescue them. Did get a refund easily enough but lost faith in Suttons.

Purchased a plant last year 2025
Purchased a plant last year 2025 but it took a year to flower and it was the wrong colour. Explained the situation to customer services that it’s taken a year to flower so I was not aware it was the wrong plant. Customer services offer an apology stating that I was due to their picking service at the warehouse and as a gesture of good will offer a £10 off my next purchase? Only to find out that postal charges were £9.99 so I’m left with a penny! I have try to resolve further but no replies!
