Review Title :Unjustified Account Suspension and Ignored Support Emails - They are holding my funds!Review Text :My Coinpayu account [user0742) was suddenly suspended without any valid reason or prior warning. I have a remaining balance inside my account, and they are basically holding my money.I have sent multiple emails to their support team and provided all the necessary proofs to show that I did not violate any rules. However, they completely ignore my emails and refuse to give any feedback or explanation. This is extremely unprofessional and unfair.If they do not review my case, respond to my emails, and release my funds immediately, I will continue to escalate this issue to international fraud reporting authorities. Avoid this platform if you don't want your account banned and your earnings taken away!

Took me less than two weeks to make $5 ..the site is extremely brilliant. Not like other sites were u will spend a month doing a 1$. Got my first payment after withdrawal within 2hrs. Thank you Rewardjoy com for being the best site to earn money online.

This platform is an absolute scam. After rebranding to RewardJoy, the system became completely trash. They falsely accused me of using a VPN just because I switched mobile web browsers, and then they delayed my withdrawal from 24 hours to 30 days! I have never used a VPN in my life. They are just making up fake excuses to steal users' money and avoid paying out. Disgusting support and fraudulent system. Avoid this trash platform at all costs

Update: The reply from rewardjoy was completely bogus and I’m guessing typical of the site. Breaking down just a few of the many lies: (1) I have never used a VPN in my life, so there is no way I violated this rule with any said duplicate account. (2) I was never able to submit an ID or facial scan so how can you possibly be matching them to another account when you have nothing to match to? (3). I have never received any chargebacks or violations from vendors on the site because I’ve only completed 1 task that I was trying to withdraw the award from. (4). You can claim a lot of things, but where’s the proof of this? I invite you to ask me to ask you for it. I know I can’t put my address here so you tell me if you’re willing to give it to me answer this thread back and I will contact you. I’m 100% sure you won’t reply with that because of your track record with this issue. Ball is in your court.

Rewardjoy has falsely accused me of operating duplicate accounts right after I attempted to initiate my first withdraw. I denied this accusation through their support ticket system and they responded with a list of items they are alleging I have done that contributed to them determining I had duplicate accounts. Each of the items they presented were completely false and/or impossible to have occurred and I attempted to present facts for why this was the case, but they ignored me, closed my support ticket multiple times right after I would reopen it to try to get them to respond to my contradictory evidence or went as far as to try to insult me when I also tried to rectify the situation through their telegram support account, but they responded with only trying to delegitimize my problem and said I was acting like a bad customer at a restaurant (they thought they were being clever with that irrelevant metaphor). I’ve copied and pasted the transcript from the support ticket showing how they completely ignored me and closed the ticket multiple times without a response.

Hopefully by leaving this Review here I’ll actually be able to talk to someone and not be ignored for legitimate problem of how they are conveniently holding the money that I made based on false premise and accusation.

I have to completely dispute everything you just told me because it is wholly incorrect. Primarily I’ve never had to account. This is the only account I’ve had. That being said, I told you I had problems submitting my scans for my ID and face scan. The problems were getting a clear picture because of lighting so my face ID never scanned and therefore you don’t have any images to compare with any other imagery that would signify a duplicate. Second of all this device is less than a month old. There’s no way that this device has been used before should do a verification as it was bought new. Third, I’ve never used a VPN for anything. I’m not even sure how to I use my Wi-Fi and data. Only I believe you have me mistaken with someone else because none of this makes sense. I’m curious to see where you’re getting this information and what information you have being that there’s no way you could have a duplicate of my information since you don’t have the scan in the first place to compare it with, that this is a new device and there’s no way it could’ve been used for a verification before, and I’ve never used a VPN. I’m not even sure I know how like I said. I look forward to your explanation of this.

I have just received 5 $ from Reward Joy. It was fast and safe. This company is honest.

This site has network configuration issues. The system thinks I'm using a VPN, but I don't even have a VPN provider. I can only imagine how many other people are impacted in the biggest market (US). I reached out to support to help them and they just blew me off with generic reply or a bot.

I like this site , even though the offers are low paid and with the new updates, it still the only honest website i even experienced, they pays almost instantly, thank you so much rewardjoy team

Coinpayu is a very strange and outdated website with very slooooow customer service and confusing KYC. I have done the task and then decided to withdraw and apparently KYC doesn’t recognize EU citizens living in Spain so it failed. I tried to contact customer service and it took 24 hours for them to reply and when I replied it took another 24 hours to reply back. Then my balance disappeared for some reason and nowhere in my history I could see the records of this disappearance. All in all - very disappointed.

THIS IS NOT COINPAYU ANYMORE. The old 5* reviews do not pertain to the modern experience. RewardJoy is a steaming ball of trash. Most useless support staff I've ever seen. Rewards go missing, way more BS to deal with just to get the rewards, will steal your biometrics to "verify" rewards and a higher minimum withdrawal than ever. Run the other way. This site sucks. They made the mistakes of making the service worse, then soliciting a review. I've contacted support quite a few times and every issue I have "isn't their problem" it's always someone else's fault. The rewards for each task keep getting smaller too. Used to be able to make almost 1$ an hour and now it takes days to hit the same reward level in most games. The experience is providing lower than ever rewards with a higher than ever minimum withdraw limit.

These guys (mods I have talked to the last ) few days were really open in resolving this issue and looked at the issue I had inquired about with an extremely open eye . ALSO I want to make clear what I had inquired about nothing with the credibility of CoinpayU platform but abusing the beautiful system this platform has set in place .

I have nothing to hate about this website but I want to make a report regarding users like Tormi and Nuts who are sitting in the leaderboard gathering their own referral link for example self referring . They buy kyc online set things up themselves as far as the accounts go . Run up the accounts themselves to run up the leaderboard and abuse the system . They need to get kicked out of this months referral system at immediate suspension if you can tell me what email to send you guys let me know . But please look in to these 2 users and their accounts
