Terrible

Terrible.

Sun glasses are terrible , then expected to cover the cost of sending them to Las Vegas for £30 which is half what I spent on the glasses.

Terrible terrible setup.

Do not buy from there the sun glasses…

Do not buy from there the sun glasses are cheap and when returning the items the taxes are not paid at there end resulting in the sun glasses being returned after paying £22.00 postage fee (returns address is in America). Stuck with the sun glasses and contacted customer services who offered me 50% refund as a good will gesture?????? Would advise not to purchase from there.

Avoid

Bought the products which were so to say "premium", fabric was like a bathing suit with two pockets. Tried to sent them back but they didnt cover any of the cost or associated tariff and so now im stuck without a solid reply from the team. Disappointing to say the least. Another click bait all marketing no substance company.

★☆☆☆☆ — 30 Day Money Back Guarantee? Only If They Feel Like It.

Rendezvous Sports advertises a "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" — a full refund or exchange, no questions asked, within 30 days of receiving your order. Sounds reassuring. In practice, it's meaningless.

I have contacted their customer support team multiple times over three days requesting return instructions. They have replied twice. Neither reply provided what their own policy promises: the instructions on how and where to send the item back.

This matters because their returns policy explicitly states that customers must contact support first, and that Rendezvous will then provide the return instructions. In other words, they control the gateway to the return process — and they are simply not opening it.

They're responding just enough to look engaged, while delivering nothing of substance. It's a stall, and a deliberate one.

Their policy also requires returns be sent to a US warehouse at the customer's own cost, with customs documentation — which is already a significant imposition on international buyers.

But even accepting those terms, I can't proceed because they won't provide the address or instructions they're obligated to give.

This is not a returns policy. It's a returns obstacle course.
If you're buying from outside the US, understand that the moment something goes wrong, you may find yourself stuck in a loop of polite non-answers while your 30-day window quietly ticks down.

Buyer beware.

Design not inclusive to all nose type, warehouse in the US and pay your own return

Think twice before purchasing. The R3 sunglasses are not inclusive for those with flatter noses—they slide down constantly, letting sunlight peek through instead of fully protecting your eyes.

To make matters worse, their warehouse is in the US, which they did not disclose on their website, only until you email them to initiate a return. You have to pay for your own return shipping. As a UK buyer in London, it cost me £33.75 to return them, which is more than the cost of a pair. Incredibly disappointing customer experience and I felt that they have not been transparent on the warehouse location. If I had known, I would have not buy in the first place. Avoid.
