Arrived damaged, clips broken 🥺
Arrived damaged, box was crumpled ~ two of the 3 clips had been snapped and had fallen off the hairpiece. The hair quality is fabulous but the attachment is very flimsy plastic fine clips.
I got in touch via Instagram , told to email. Emailed & nothing back as yet. It was very expensive for what it is. Still hope to hear from them soon. 🤞🏼

Super soft real hair
The real hair medium volume 50cm clip ins are really high quality, the hair is very healthy and soft even after washing and blends in with the hair nicely. I recommend you use their sample hairs before purchasing because after you take the hair out of the box you can no longer return it so it’s a good idea to be very sure the colour matches your own hair correctly. Highly recommend!
