I ordered multiple dresses for my teenage bridesmaid and was delighted when Quiz came to my rescue. It was simple, classic cut and very reasonably priced. My daughter felt very elegant.

Went to quiz in breahead got some clothes for my holiday tomorrow morning 2 hrs later tried clothes on didn't fit asked can I change to a bigger size girl on checkout said no as the company is in administration they can't change to bigger size spoke to manager saying no cant there's notices up we are in administration so we can't really ???wat about consumers rights ??? It was only 2 hrs after getting home bad customer service from a company like quiz

Great company to use. Very easy online ordering system, very fast delivery and great choice of products always competitively priced. Highly recommend buying from. Love their clothing and accessories

Whilst I didn’t keep my order as it didn’t suit me, Quiz is easy to use and to return your orders to. I have no complaints.

Went into the Cribbs Causeway branch and the girls in there were vile! I went in wearing a pair of a shiny black doc martins, sat down waiting for my sister to try a dress on and the girls were talking amongst themselves but very loud slagging people in the shop off. One girl turnt around and started talking about how doc martins looked so cheap especially the shiny ones. Very mean girl behaviour. I will never ever use Quiz again and i will be spreading the word.

I purchased a pair of shoes online. I realised instantly that I had selected the wrong size, so contacted customer service asking to cancel the order.

They replied and referred me to their policy which states that you cannot cancel an order, even if you request so in 10 minutes (as I had).

Despite this, a further 48 hours has passed and the order still hasn’t been dispatched, so the policy seems quite bizarre to me!

I have had to pay £3.99 delivery, the store have had to package the item (not that they have yet), post it, I will then have to return it and pay £1.99. A hassle for everyone, when the order could have simply been cancelled 2 days ago.

I intended to cancel the order and place a new order with the correct size, however, I refuse to waste any more money with Quiz and have purchased with a different brand.

Really disappointed.

Excellent quality clothing at a great price

I ordered a lot of dresses for a summer event and each dress was terrible quality and cut, I was really disappointed. I returned the same day and the refund took such a long time i forgot about it and had to reach out to customer service.

Very bad experience with the staff.we choose a dress and forgot to take the hanger back from the fitting room.one of the staff was very rude to us.iam a regular customer and its the first time i had a bad experience .really sad and upset

Good product and friendly staff nothing was to much to ask for , great customer service , I returned one item due to fit and I recieved a full refund with no hassle, would purchase again

I am so upset that quiz is closing. It had the nicest clothing range with a big variety and perfect dresses especially for weddings or parties! I would get all my function dresses from there. They were gorgeous style and affordable! Please try your best not to close the store as I’m sure alot of people loved it😢

Disgusting. Must have known they were going into administration at Christmas and still sold us £300 of gift vouchers that our relative now can’t spend! Should be illegal
