Have been a customer of this casino for 8 years I think and have played a fair bit here.
At one point I was platinum level but there were some things that I didn't quite enjoy so I stopped playing here as much, I have recently started to check it out again and the vip points I have accrued are not useable for whatever reason. I think it's because I have successfully converted bonus to cash before and they don't like that. So I'm not sure why they are able to deny me using my earned VIP points

when I was approved for my winnings they stalled, made excuses and denied me of my funds then sent me to a black screen called a waiting room, after bickering about needing to collect, they tired pulling a fast one saying my gambling is an issue , this was after 4 days or waiting , please i advise you to never trust a company that does not explain themselves period.
