​I visited the store in Nørreport intending to buy a pair of Oakley polarized sunglasses. The saleswoman who assisted me showed a complete lack of interest in helping. I had to explicitly ask her to open the display case just so I could see the glasses, as she made no initiative to show them to me. Furthermore, when I asked which models were polarized, she said she didn't know. In the end, I had to be the one explaining to her how to check if they were polarized so I could proceed with the purchase. While she wasn't openly aggressive, her complete lack of professionalism and apathy made for a very frustrating shopping experience.
In the end, I bought the sunglasses because I absolutely love them, but I truly hope you better train your staff for the future.

Profil Optik responded the very next day after my Trustpilot post on my experience with the Lyngby branch. I appreciated it when they said that my claim was within the 120 day guarantee so the Lyngby branch was mistaken and they should be able to comply with the guarantee. I returned Lyngby's missed calls and they told me they will produce the scratched lends for free. HOWEVER, I believe it is very unprofessional to say that she has done me a big favor because the guarantee starts from date of purchase and not from receiving the product, so I have passed my guarantee AND that after I left the store from talking with her , that she thought she should ask their headquarters to accommodate me. After that call, I emailed headquarters customer service and they said the guarantee starts from receipt of product. This makes more sense! My point is, why can't Lyngby simply talk with facts and honesty? I ordered the glasses Nov 14, and I went to their branch March 14. I received the product in December. Any which way, I'm still within the 120 days guarantee. I was not done a favor, I was within my rights as a customer.

We have received excellent service for our child who needed new glasses. Finding a few different frames he liked, as well as the customization needed for his no-vocals, including several adjustments, was fantastic. Per has been a key piece of our excellent experience to date. Will definitely continue to visit this store and location. Thank you!!

I had an amazing experience at Profil Optik in Hillerød. I had broken my glasses while in the mountains in Norway and struggled for days until I got back to Denmark. I urgently needed a quick solution, but every other shop I went to told me it would take at least a week or more to get new glasses.The kind lady at Profil Optik immediately helped me — she took the lenses from my broken glasses and fitted them perfectly into another frame I had with me, completely free of charge. She wouldn’t even accept any payment, just a handshake.It was a perfect job, done with professionalism and kindness. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for excellent and genuine service.

Fully recommended optic as the employees are user friendly and customer oriented and the products has way better quality compared to others optics I have been in Denmark

The staff are very professional, and Sarah took her time to make sure I understood every step of my benefits in the store. Really appreciated her patience and clarity.

After a terrible experience with Synoptik, I booked an appointment for contact lenses with Profil Optic in Rønne. Two days before my appointment it was cancelled with no explanation, another appointment was booked for me at a very inconvenient time in the morning on a random date, no phone call no apology.

I called and wrote to them but no answer. I will not go to the appointment nor contact them again. Its zero stars from me.

My original appointment was Friday 1at 14.00 - lazy employees probably cannot be bothered to work Friday afternoon and do not provide any customer service for new customers. I can only conclude that the have no interest....

I love my new glasses!

The staff in Norreport was very friendly and helpful. I felt very well taken care of when my sight was being examined, and when the moment to choose frames arrived they took time to show me different styles and find something that would fit me.

I did miss a bit more transparency on how the total price for the glasses is built. It looks like they have time-limited offers changing quite often, and the price of the lense is also not stated somewhere visible unless you ask.

Wonderful staff and excellent customer service. On a visit from UK and accidentally broke my glasses while walking around Copenhagen. Visited Profil Optik to see if they could help. Very accommodating, sat us down with a coffee while they carried out a repair. After only a short wait my glasses were returned as good as new. When offered to pay was informed there would be no charge, they were happy they could help. Many thanks for the kind gesture.

The sweetest and most helpful employees.
I have been buying my contact lenses from them for two years and the services (both the eyesight visit and the choice of brand and type) have always been good. Recently I decide to change my glasses, they helped me with finding the new frame with patience (a special thank you to Ida💕). A place in which you feel welcomed (even being international).

Dear Amalie, I would like to ask you to please do not put an automatic message saying that you are sorry for the situation and that you put an email and phone number to show customers that you are interested in them.
I would like to hear your reply that I have sent an email to the company at the time informing them that I was going to go to the shop on a certain day at a certain time because I could not see properly with the glasses that you made. They have opened the email and read it and have never replied. However, I went to the store and they did not want to attend to me because I did not have an appointment. I explained that I had sent an email and that they had read it and the woman acted as if she hadn't even heard what I was saying, and they didn't attend to me. A real shame.
That's why I invite her not to publish an email when they don't answer it.
First and last time I buy from this optician.
To conclude I say what I said at the beginning, you don't need to send them an email, I have already had the experience that they don't respond.
