The delivery was incomplete and arrived very late.
The follow-up request I made by phonenever arrived. Whwn I asked again, I was told to contact Paypal directly for a refund. However I purchased the item through Amazon.
This is a terrible service.

Fraud!
Terrible company. It was always delaying my shipment and then I called to cancel but no signs of my money back, zero customer service, no answer to emails, nobody picks up the phone. Terrible terrible company. Wish I had read the reviews here before using my money on this fraud.

Disappointing Experience with Incorrect Delivery and No Customer Support
I ordered several plants, but only half of the ordered plants were delivered. The remaining items were unrequested plants, some of which arrived in poor condition. Unfortunately, these plants died as I couldn’t arrange a return due to the complete lack of customer support. For over four weeks, I tried contacting them via phone and email without any response. While the packaging was fine, the incorrect delivery and nonexistent customer service made this a highly frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this retailer until they improve their service and communication. I’m now pursuing a refund through my payment provider.

Absolutely disappointed - customer service non existent
Absolutely disappointed. The ordered strawberry plant was totally dry and shrivelled. The second part of the delivery of a basil and a tomato plant were poorly packaged and once again of poor quality. I am still waiting for a concrete response of my initial complaint after 2 weeks. Automated responses are simply not the customer service one expects. This is the first and last time I will use this company.
