Pay for extras and never get the extras. Can't even leave direct feedback because they have a shitty "survey code" on the receipt, that of which they conveniently remove before they give you the pizzas. Actually just pissing me off now. They consecutively ignore extras but happily take the money.

I have been to Greers Road pizza hut a couple of times over the past few weeks, I have told them that they make some of the best pizza as far as pizza hut goes,and give a great service, friendly, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this store if you want great pizza 10/10 great job, keep it up

I purchased 2 large pizzas yesterday from timaru .
1 perri perri chicken and 1 pepperoni .
Chicken pizza was good however WTF HAS HAPPENED TO THE PEPPERONI ??
SMELLS LIKE DOG FOOD AND HAS A VERY STRANGE TASTE !!!
NEVER WILL I EVER BUY PEPPERONI AGAIN !!!

whoever looks have there IT/ App needs to be let go . SO many errors. For instance when online says to download the app for coupons, when using the app the coupon is not there as shown on web service. Also website misses some pizzas under meal deals for no rhyme or reason eg Ham and cheese. Local staff are friendly

Pizza Hutt Wainuiomata. Staff Friendly enough, Staff member - woman wore the same gloves to make pizza, take order, process payment including cash, I did not see her change her gloves once in 15 minutes. Pizza had very little topping on it, I chose not to eat it due to concerns about lack of hygiene.

Very disappointed order online and paid via online banking was wondering why my order was taking so long so I called the store to check how far away order would be just to be told that they never received my order and that it was a bank error and it would bounce back in to my acc in a few days taking $66.76 to be exact and still havent received anything have been ringing and emailing the store and still nothing so be aware when ordering online cause that was absolutely bullshit and thats alot of money had a very very disappointed birthday girl that night do better melville pizza hutt

I never order food online for delivery. I was at home with 6 children. A quick Sunday night treat. I ordered 2 pizza with BBQ sauce base. I received pizzas with pizza base. I called Papamoa Sands Pizza Hut to explain what had happened. No manager to talk to , no one wanted to resolve the mistake made. However they offered me a pizza but I had to collect it. No car , 6 children under 9 , that's why I ordered delivery!!.. I told the staff member I will be following up with a review. I recorded the conversation in case there was a discrepancy. 5 mins after hanging up , Pizza Hut Papamoa Plaza called to offer the correct pizza , delivered. I was very grateful. The pizza arrived cold and not in a heat pack.When I asked the delivery driver , why is this not in a heat pack, he said "oh it's in the car" , " so why is the pizza cold"!!! Never again Papamoa Sands and Papamoa Plaza Pizza Hut. Terrible service and cold pizzas. Do better.

Excellent service always my go to pizza place. The manager and staff were nice and made sure the pizza was ready nice and hot. The topping were delicious and its a must visit.

I recently ordered several pizzas from Pizza Hut Porirua for a birthday celebration and had a wonderful experience. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations. The pizzas were fresh, tasty, and made with quality ingredients. Excellent service—highly recommended!

Ordered online with credit card, pizza was delivered to the wrong house and by the time I recovered it an animal had already gnawed its way into the box and chewed the contents, as well as bugs getting into it and crawling over everything. Requested a refund, and that's where Pizza Hut's service agent got dodgy as ****, fishing for my main bank account details rather than refunding to the credit card that was used for the transaction. No way I'm ever using Pizza Hut again. Disappointing 'service' all 'round. Avoid Pizza Hut Lincoln Road in Henderson.

We ordered a BBQ beef and onion and a cheesy garlic as well as chips and a garlic bread, first of all the BBQ beef and onion is supposed to come with a mayo swirl that we were expecting as well as the BBQ swirl we ordered. And the chips were very low standard, all squashed and not crispy at all. Really poor service from New Plymouth Central Pizza Hut.

Very kind nice people very good pizza hut recommend this beautiful Pizza Hut come down when the sun is warm and the people are kind and you will get some delicious pizza this is one of the best pizza places in the whole entire Coromandel Peninsula

Was excited to try the crustless pizza after looking at the tv ads but when it arrived i opened the box, soooo disappointed the crustless was not crustless the topping did not go to the edge in fact it was just like a normal pizza but more expensive. Flavour was good but maybe each shop should have the same training or sell these as still with crust. Disappointed

Shame on the new Te Kuiti Pizza Hut for selling thin base pizzas that had the thin base frozen and used again. We ordered 4 pizzas and one of then was the thicker regular base, which was nice. But, the 3 thin base pizzas where disgusting. Just lazy money pinching operators.
