What review should I leave?!
What review should I leave? Purchase an expensive replica 550 euro, it arrives with pieces missing and or broken. Painted scratched off, rust... It was one of the only models I could find so I decided to keep it and ask for a partial refund to reflect the condition.
After alot of effort trying to contact them, ONLY AFTER I was forced to open a Paypal claim did they answer me. The first answer was obvious they did not evern read my comments and request. It was an automated reply generating a return shipping label. I wrote to them again and finally they accepeted my partial refund proposal., they didnt answer, they never said sorry, nothing just processed the refund.
So how should I rate this experience with phenix? Honestly I feel like it was unsatisfactory. From the poor quality control (sending a rusted replica with a missing sight) to the not answering until I opened a paypal claim. To never even saying sorry this should have not been shippied like that or even expressing any understanding to my frustration? It's not 1 star because they did the right thing in the end,but it was still a bad experience. I am writing this in the hopes that the staff reads this and understands that in a competitive market people can take their business elsewhere and it's human to make mistakes BUT it's how you deal with them and make your customers feel that makes the difference! You can do better i'm sure.
ANSWER: the reason I left you a bad review is: 1 you sold a used replica with pieces missing as if it was new. 2: you never said sorry nor did you ever bother to reply to my messages. Your only reply is here ! And you still haven't said sorry for selling me a used 550euro replica.

You mention that it was the only model you could find and refer to a competitive market, but that is not really the case for this replica.
We arranged a return for after-sales service at our own expense so that you could receive a new replacement. We therefore acted normally and in accordance with our terms and conditions. We do not negotiate prices; if a product is defective, we replace it, or do even more if there is no other possible solution.
Our products are received brand new from our suppliers. If a defect is identified, we send it back. We ship a very large number of parcels and cannot inspect every single box.
That being said, you were compensated following the dispute, and you still left a 2-star review because we did not negotiate…
P.S : That is false. We responded to you regarding the return and did what was necessary.

Unfortunately, there were issues with the barrel, which was very dirty (with a glue-like residue). The suppressor, or rather the foam inside it, was completely damaged, so the model could not be used for shooting.

I have placed an order but did not receive the right product
I have placed an order but did not receive the gen 2 eshooter as orderen but an older version. Sent an email and contact form but no response at all. Now requested a return of the product.
After the response that after sales is in progress I was hoping te hear something from Phenix Airsoft but nothing at all. I have returned the product but as stated by another reviewer they do not comminicate after that or refund your money. As the product was not as advertized I would expect a fast refund and even refund my shipping fees.
