I am very frustrated with this company. I placed an order at the beginning of October which I have been charged for but have not received yet (it's now the end of October). I followed up with an email a week after placing the order, asking about the whereabouts of the items, to which they replied saying it would be a couple of days. I've since heard nothing back, and there's no answer when I try and call. In this day and age, where customer service and speed of delivery is really important, this company fails on both counts.

The order took over 1 month to arrive from when I paid it and I had to chase it twice. When me order finally arrived it was missing 1 item which they said they had refunded but then I had to also chase getting my refund

2 weeks shipping. Not good enough

Ordered an item on a Monday. Contacted them on Thursday as it still hadnt been sent - no reply. Following Monday contacted them again and asked for refund. They said they refunded the item and now its Friday and I'm still waiting for it. Wished I had read reviews before buying from these people.

Disgraceful experience with petswarehouse.co.nz. I ordered two 10kg sacks of catfood and they only sent me one. I had to write to ask about the second one which they told me they had sent, but hadn't, then told me it was waiting to be collected when it wasn't. It took four emails for them to send me a tracking number and for the product to arrive which was wrapped in black plastic but looked just like the other one. I opened that sack 5 months later when my other one ran out to find it was not the product I had ordered, they acknowleded the issue was theirs but because I was 'outside their 14 days terms of trade', it was too late for them to do anything about it. They offered me another bag for $40 less than what I can buy one for from other stores, but wanted to collect the remaining food of the wrong one, so wanted me to pay twice for one bag of food! Rude, aggressive emails and a phone call throughout from them with the problem all being on me. Read the other reviews and dont give these idiots a cent of your money, just go to one of the big chains that will price match them anyway. Worst customer experience I have had in years with complete disregard for fixing their issues and actually giving their customers what they have ordered. If I could be bothered I would take them to court but who wants that in their lives!

Products ordered were not in stock, which was known by the company prior to the order. We were sent only half of the consignment yet charged for all. Products were also short dated compared to those received previously from other companies. No point of contact within customer services and no apology for their error forthcoming. Refund was processed but not a good experience and we will not be using this company again.

Update; contacted post review with an apology for the service received and assured actions would be taken to improve the service going forward.

Great product range in fish section. I always found what i need. They are my go to store in northland.

Fast service. Very helpful in selecting the right product and delivery is also very fast to Auckland. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. Placed large order online/paid immediately however never received confirmation of order NOR payment... Suspecting SCAM - Then sent two emails and also rung them (which went to answer phone) over a 10 day period, with no response at all.. !Eventually order just arrived AND still without any paperwork so still unsure if I got my full order.... Definitely wont be using again.
