Purchased Hill's prescription cat biscuits for a few dollars less than online competitors and received free delivery. Placed the order about 5pm on a Friday and received notification it had been packed at 10pm the same evening! Very pleased.
Hopeless . They may be cheeper but theres a reason for that and its that they lie to you and they are so slow sending your order . I have a urgent order and paid for it on Sunday its now thursday and its not even sent . My dog now has no BLOODY food because hes on a vet diet and noone in Dunedin has any in stock so HE HAS TO STARVE because of these ppl . I call them and they tell me they will contact shipping and get it sent today . NEVER HAPPENED . Still waiting AVOID THIS COMPANY
