well i say i brought my first lookah about 5 yrs ago today i own 4 different ones ..the mini did heat up so i reach out im alway on the move but they made it their business to get me a new one and it was not hard. Customer service is good.

The batteries I have had have been very durable and heats well. I have had one that did malfunction, but I reached to customer service and they are sending a replacement out quickly. I have bought 4-5 over the years and this last one is the first to malfunction.

I had my receipt and emailed them it was 2 days from their 3 month warranty guarantee and they replied promptly and made sure to replace the defective device I had bought. I now have the shipping info and it should arrive soon! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

Love my battery!! Was a bit confused on how it worked, I’ve never had a battery display rgb colors unless it was in party mode so I feared something was wrong but I’m so thankful I reached out to their support team with details of my concerns. They reassured me pretty quickly that the battery was working as intended which set my mind at ease! I’m really looking forward to their next releases!

My lookah bear stopped working about a month after purchasing, they were super quick to send me a replacement since I was still within my 3 month warranty! They told me they stand behind the quality of their products & they definitely proved that!

I got a dragon egg. It was giving me ALOT of issues. After talking with the customer service team they sent me a replacement rig. Replacement coils. Much love!

This is a great product, works well at home or on the go. Produces great taste and easy clean up. The company is also very easy to communicate with when resolving any issues. I would recommend this to anyone looking for on the go use

Had problems with a new piece that I had bought. Looked in the box for troubleshooting and after that didn't work I followed the steps to contact customer service. Customer Service was amazing, fast and super kind! 100% recommend and will always keep purchasing Lookah products ☮️

I bought a box of coils and the first one out the box only lasted maybe 20hrs..as u can probably guess I was pretty mad especially considering the price..I wrote a complaint and within a few hours I was getting a response and the company made sure to rectify the situation and they did it quickly, great job

Lookah gets 5 stars for innovation alone, I have tried many of their devices for many years and I just can't put them down.

I absolutely love them, all of them, especially their quartz-coil line up. The dish coil A is not very good I recommend ANY other one (I personally love B coil).

Lookah customer service has went above and beyond for me, when I emailed them having an absolute melt-down.

Upon placing my order I was told it'd take 5-7 days for my product to be delivered.
After almost 48h I got no shipping update so I emailed them. They promptly updated the shipping details to "label created"... 48h after placing the order only a shipping label was created... I ordered it on a Thursday. The shipping label should've been created Friday 😒
I waited another 72h and got no further updates so I emailed them again.
They gave me the weak excuse ~"the main people who process orders are on vacation. Be patient"..
Mf first of all, I'd already been patient for 5 days. Second... you mean to tell me you have nobody else who can handle the orders? Bs.
It's now been an additional 96h and have had no update whatsoever. I checked DHL Commerse and it says it'll be AN ADDITIONAL 6 DAYS before my product is delivered... What the actual fk is wrong with them 🙄 can't find the product I ordered anywhere else online or I'd cancel the order and order it elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable.
