Damages and production faluts
Delivered windows and balcony door with damages/production faults. Sendt an email with pictures and description. After many weeks with just a lot of questions and demand of documentation they finally agreed to send the paint for repair and pay the cost of repair. End result not as good as new with spot paint and no compensation for time spent and inconvenience.

The worst company I've ever dealt with.
Theoretically, Luxvindu is located in Norway (but probably only virtually), but the greenhouses are manufactured in Latvia. Communication via email or phone is very poor. Delivery times are extremely long. I waited four months, and my order was incomplete. Missing parts were sent twice, extending the order's processing time. The quality and precision of the components are very poor. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. If you decide to purchase, you will be disappointed! All negative comments on Facebook and Instagram are deleted. I have been blocked by Luxvindu. Others are also being blocked.
I am currently waiting for a response regarding the price reduction for my order; I have been waiting since July 30th.

I have had a great experience with Luxvindu
I have used Luxvindu several times the last years, both windows of all sizes and a green house.
There have never been any issue with payment or delivery. The quality of the product is excellent, and I especially appreciate the option to modular build in any size and shape. The company is easy to communicate with and the response is always swift.
Highly recommended.

High quality products to affordable price with great customer service
Luxvindu delivered affordable and high quality windows for my house. And their customer service is quite excellent. When ordering with wrong measurements (made by me) they assisted in adjusting the order with no change in delivery time. They have always responded promptly and gone beyond “regular” customer service in order to assist me in solving my issues, such as providing me with paint for covering up damages that occurred during installation.

Window was broken when I opened it a few days after delivery. Poor customer service that took absolutely no responsibility. In addition, I received a bill from ups for customs, even though this is a .no domain with Norwegian registered AS...

Regarding the customs charge, we’d also like to clarify that while we operate a Norwegian website under the .no domain, Luxvindu is part of an international company with stores and operations in several countries. The Norwegian page is created specifically to make shopping more accessible and convenient for our Norwegian clients, but as our products are manufactured and shipped from outside of Norway, customs charges may still apply in some cases. We regret if this was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Please know that we are taking your experience seriously and are working to improve both our logistics and communication moving forward. If there is anything we can still do to assist or correct the situation, we would very much appreciate the opportunity.
