Just awful we couldt book start time on Golfbox the trackman facility dont work and we couldt book start time in the register

We are sorry to hear that you were unable to book a tee time through GolfBox and that your visit did not meet your expectations.

GolfBox cooperates with several countries across Europe, but not all of them. If your country is not connected to GolfBox, it is unfortunately not possible to book tee times online. In those cases, our Front Office is always happy to assist with the booking. We are not aware of any general technical issues with GolfBox at the time of your attempted booking.

Regarding the TrackMan Range, we have recently experienced periods of severe weather in Denmark, including thunderstorms. Unfortunately, lightning affected the Wi-Fi connection to our TrackMan system, which resulted in temporary interruptions to the service. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back. If you decide to visit us again, please contact our Front Office at golf@lubker.com before your visit. We will be happy to assist you with your booking and do our utmost to ensure you have a great experience.

Great golf venue. Service could be better.

The accommodation and spa was really good and the parkland golf courses and facilities are exceptional. On the downside all the communication is exclusively in Danish, including emails and text messages with reservation information, which is not so welcoming for international guests. Check-in information is a bit light too, for example they should tell you where the golf clubhouse is relative to the accommodation (a map would be ideal), as you actually have to drive several kilometres from most of the houses, so we lost alot of time looking for the clubhouse which is actually way too far away to walk to with a bag of clubs. Also, for some reason we were given sheets for single beds, rather than for a double bed that our lodging was equipped with, so that wasn't very practical. On the whole I would recommend this destination if you love golf, nature and tranquility but the I would say the customer service could be improved.

A Perfect Retreat for Nature & Golf Lovers

Great stay at Lubker Resort

Great stay at Lubker Resort ! We had a "spa stay" over there and tried the play&pay at the golf.
It is definitely worth the price ! The spa are is huge, great quality, great treatment. We will come back !
The golf was very fun, good for beginners, challenging without being overwhelming.

They messed up our booking and food.

They messed up our booking so we ended up in a different cabin/house. They did not even say sorry, promised to fix it but did nothing.

The food in the restaurant was bad, and i whould not want to give that steak to a dog.

The booking mistake ruind our entier stay and we will not come back.

Not recomended at all!

Worst experience ever.

We traveled with another couple to have a fun time together. We rented two cabins next to each other, but there was a big problem. They actually double booked one of our cabins, and we only found out when we saw that the door code was for a different cabin. We realized this the day before we were supposed to leave. They promised to make things right, but nothing changed. They gave us new cabins and claimed they were close together, but they were not. They were really far away from each other and spending time together was difficult. This was the entire point of our trip so this messed up everything. Our evenings felt very lonely from what we had hoped for. If we had known about all this before coming all the way from Norway, we definitely wouldn't have chosen Lubker Resort. Their inability to tell us the truth and fix the problem was incredibly frustrating.

We also ordered food at the fancy restaurant, none of us were pleased, but the worst part were that they served my wife, which is pregnant uncooked raw burgers. We questioned it but "this was how it was supposed to be". This is absolutely ludicrous. You don't serve raw meat to pregnant women.

It's also worth noting that when we arrived at the cabin there were urine in the toilet which was kind of gross.

Thank you for wasting our money and time.
