I had an issue with the handles of my LUCRIN leather briefcase, where some of the blue dye was transferring onto my hands and clothing. The briefcase was already around two years old and was originally a gift, so I was particularly impressed by how professionally LUCRIN handled the situation.
From my first contact, the customer service team was extremely responsive and helpful. After reviewing photos of the issue, they immediately offered a solution and provided a prepaid UPS return label.
The briefcase was sent back to LUCRIN and transferred to their atelier in Spain for restoration. Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed about the status of the repair.
The result exceeded my expectations: LUCRIN completely replaced the handles and the strap loop and carefully repainted all the leather edges. The briefcase came back beautifully restored and looks fantastic again.
This is exactly the kind of after-sales service you expect from a premium brand. Problems can happen with any product — what really matters is how a company deals with them. LUCRIN handled my case professionally, efficiently and very generously.

My leather blotter is just beautiful & elegant. It was extremely well packed & shipping was very fast.

I paid such a high price for the watch strap, but it arrived sandwiched between very rough pieces of cardboard. The packaging looks extremely cheap, which makes the product feel like it’s not worth the price at all.

Good quality. Key case is slim and holds four keys and is easy to use.

Be warned: under normal use, the colour all round the edges will have completely faded after 1½ years. At that price, it’s an absolute disgrace!

I ordered the product on a Thursday evening at 10pm and I had it the following Monday. Not knowing anything about the company and some concerns about quality, once it arrived I was very satisfied. My wife even liked it. What really drew me to it is it is the only travel watch case I found that is flat and not bulky. Personalization was a bonus.
