Great for electrician work

So much electrician work to be done on our house and it was so much of a mess we had gotten, but Ivan and kasa group was so fantastic in fixing it. Good work, great person, and so accommodating. We are so happy with the finished work and kasa group was so friendly. Highly recommend!

2 simple tasks

2 simple tasks, and problems with both
I hired KASA Gruppen for 2 tasks:
1. Exchange a power outlet (stikkontakt).
2. Send a VVS man to check why the heating regulator in my house was not working, and write an official mail for our insurance company with the reasons for it not working, and with an offer to fix.

Let's start with the stikkontakt. We had called them beforehand, and they had told her a price of 480 DKK for the work, excluding the materials. The price was good, and that is why we chose this company. When we got the bill, they had put several additional charges like “Opstart”, “Servicevogn” and “Løvpligtigt slutkontrol”. Excluding the materials, this made a little over 1000 DKK for the work. I believe that when you get a straight question about how much a work will cost, it is dishonest towards the customer to not communicate these extra charges. Just for fun, I opened the internet and in no time found offers with much lower prices.

Regarding the VVS task: The guy found some issue, but he didn't send to us the statement he was supposed to send. I had to send several mails to the company to ask to deliver what they have been hired for. We didn't get an offer, but at least we got a mail where it was written that there was at least one issue with the heating regulator.

I wouldn't recommend KASA Gruppen. I didn't feel that they actually cared about the customer's satisfaction. My advice is, if you need to work with them, put everything in writing.
