Overall quite good but i have to say the small strap that makes it so you can carry the scooter has no grip and it slips easly causing damage

Non existent customer service
I received the scooter and the brakes stopped working in just a few days and there was rust on the scooter. I did not receive a confirmation email or an order number. I sent an email and a follow up email for refund request but did not receive a response to either email. Too bad I didn't read all of these reviews earlier. I would never have spent all this money, it's clearly not a reputable company. Next step will be to dispute the charge with my credit card.

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m having my bank investigate them for fraud. I ordered a scooter in the beginning of June and have not received a product. It took weeks for them to tell me they couldn’t ship to me and I asked for my money back. They have ghosted me and still have not refunded my money. They have $600 that is mine. This company is criminal and should be investigated.

It took a while for the item to arrive, but the product is great (Kukirin G4) and I had good and reliable communication with customer service via WhatsApp. I can highly recommend it.
